We just recycle these low life’s like aluminum cans. We canned him then AZ picked him up. If AZ cans him, he’ll end up at another big Pharma company. Why? Because these companies hire people who will come in a do exactly what is expected of them, and this is true at every level. It’s why you don’t get a DM job unless you’ve been a DM, or and RD job unless you’ve been an RD. If they wanted quality, the inbreeding would stop. Instead, we recycle corrupt losers like BOGI. Nobody looks up to “leaders” in Pharma.

What’s wrong with someone coming in and doing exactly what’s expected of them? Are companies supposed to hire people who will fail to meet their expectations? I’m not sure what point you’re trying to make except that you don’t like management.

Look, you don’t like your boss or your boss’ boss. I get it - you have a problem with anyone whose job it is to tell you what to do. But, quit pretending this has anything to do with ethics. This is just your issue, and you try to hide behind some self righteous farce that you are good and every manager is unethical. From my 20 years of experience in this industry, shitbag reps outnumber shitbag managers 100:1. So save your rhetoric for someone who doesn’t know better.

I’m betting most people who read or have read this totally disagree with you. But hey, you can believe whatever you want. The stuff in that video is just bad, and yes, it is unethical. Shitbags are everywhere, dude.
