OK, this is how it will happen. Mike Pearson will buy your company, say that your jobs are secure and safe, and that he will need you to do the work to help support the products and services the companies has. Very little left at this stage folks. Remb he NEVER will mention

Next week, or even the next day, Mike Pearson will start laying off people. Soon, the person next to you will be gone and you won't know why. Your idiot boss will then start giving you more and more work to do, even though your wages have been frozen and you are now not in a position to negotiate. Your boss will expect -- demand -- that you do the work of 3-4 people without extra compensation or caring.
Next month, or even next week, you will start to see batches of people leaving. No emails of their departure are given and you are in the dark. When you try to get your work done, there is no one to help you to the next level, no one to pass off the work once you have completed your part. You will be expected to take it all the way now, mind you, without a cent of new dollars or increase or adjustment in your title or rank.
Then, you get a call from HR. "Please come to my office immediately." Oh, Crap! It's your turn to get booted. Soon, you are being escorted out the door with a box of personal stuff from your desk. You are given a small severance package and that's it. No thank you, no hand shake.
All the while, Mike Pearson is counting his cash ( All 40 plus million $$!) and living in Barbados with his other cronies who are falsifying data, firing people who won't sign off on it, and threatening those with no power to do unlawful things to studies and documents forwarded to the FDA. Then, in a fit of guilty conscience, Mike Pearson donates $15 million to Duke! Now, that $15 million of his personal dollars came off my back and your back when we were thrown out like yesterday's garbage without the least bit of caring. It was just awful and I remember it all too well.
So, dust off your cv people. The end is near. Don't be naive and stupid and believe the things that come out of Mike Pearson's mouth. He is a liar. It has been proven. Wake up and leave before he damages you more.
