I think a lot of us would also add that we stay here for our VP of sales and manager. We are all working very very hard. I don't think people realize that when we give feedback we would appreciate that it's taken to heart.

I'm getting ready to hit the road to my accounts. I think many of us would say that we love working here and we are definitely working very hard. It's difficult to get into some of these big institutions. We have full support of 'some' of the internal departments and absolutely respect our head of sales and my RSD. They keep us grounded and set expectations. We need some big programs for sure. Asking Market Access to help!
 




Just found this site. Good feedback. I agree with above. There's a good culture here and while it's very very difficult to sell this product in institutions, we are definitely working very hard. Sales leadership is wonderful. Very supportive. My only suggestion to anybody upstairs is to make this a marketing company. It's not. We have very poor representation unfortunately in that department and they are extremely tactical and defensive when you bring something up to them.
 




Serious question.... What on earth does our MMC team do? We have people in that team that do not call back until after 5:00 p.m. if they call it all!!! Spouting bs about some 10-person survey that means nothing. It really is getting frustrated and we are all talking about the lack of accountability here. Also, SH...what a hyped up liar. I need to leave this place!
 




Agree! CAD’s and MSL’s need new leadership. I don’t know if the problem is they are so micromanaged they can’t get anything done or there is no direction? They spend more time debating on who should get what account than actually working on the account. No follow up from MSLs… ever. I feel like many of us were honest about this in the survey. I’m going to stick around bc I really do like the product.

Most of us were honest it will be interesting to see if they really get the message and are honest with us about what they read. Vimal needs to take a look at who was sitting where because there are people here that are in the wrong seats!

This place would save a lot of money getting rid of that team. What a colossal waste. They talk a good game but it's a line of bs. My counterpart won't even call back for days! It's really just unbelievable. These people do nothing.

The MMC team is a colossal waste. Some of them have other jobs and never get back to us during the day. The fact that HR continues to let this happen is really pathetic. What do they do?
 




I hadn’t heard the ‘other job’ rumor before. However, that does make sense. Or we aren’t hiring the right people for the positions. We have all complained and has anything changed? Not for my team. Oh we got the questionnaire…….
