Leigh Ann survives because she knows where the bodies are buried and she will talk to the Feds when they come. And they will come.

Dead you look at the S-1 filing from 2016? Could drop 50% and Exogen would still be making money
 






The reason the S1 filing and IPO "roadshow" failed is that the information and positive spin of exogenous was torn apart by potential investors and proven to be false. Exogenous had its time and its day, now , as coverage declines and failure to heal reports are up - yes up, we should be looking for something better to put in our bags.
 






KO & KT were turning the ship, now it is two steps backwards. Hiring people who don't know what they are doing and no experience is tragic in this business. JN has to blame somebody for GS-3 sucking, plenty of Medicare business, but not when only half the reps can put it on a shelf. finance doesn't like paying the discounts needed to gain access on commercial formularies, they'd rather sell less profitably on open plans.
 






JN is overrated. DOS's and reps think he is sone mastermind. If he was, he wouldn't be at Biohazard. JN brings his own team, like a circus coming to town, to help with his agenda.

Let's see what they have done so far.
Durolane - not one insurance win.
Gelsyn - sales continue to drop. Blame it on rep attitude, not market strategy. Reps encouraged to sell on spread.
Comp plan - so bad they had to revamp it within a week. Then JN tries to spin 3 plans based on the original crap plan and have reps vote on the one they like. JN spins this as rep input and if you don't vote for them you have no reason to complain. BS! Real rep input would be to scrap original plan for one that motivates.
Turnover - continues to increase.
Exogen - with only DV knowing and leaving the rest of marketing out of the loop, JN initiates plan to charge for Exogen gel, software reset and more. Within weeks, plan scrapped because of field uproar.
 






SL is gone too. I think JN is an upgrade but what the heck about Exogen Direct. Sales force is back being order entry. I DO NOT get it. So much for freeing up time for reps. I spend an hour a day just entering orders and the fact they are tracking use and sending out updates. Should be optional. The turn aroumd time for IR is no different. Either way we need to fax paper work in most cases. One little email sent to IR takes 3,seconds but now we need to take at least an additional 10 min for each order. I hate this. I entered 4 orders at 10:30pm last night.....took 40 minutes. How long do the emails take to send?? OMG, poor decision on this one.

former rep here. Was pushed out, found greener pastures. Called today by BV to see if I wanted to return. WTF? Are you kidding? The problems don't seem to have changed. KH , who stole from the company is still there. MG, a liar and the slimiest of individuals still there. I hear that coverage has dropped even lower for all products. Find greener pastures, they exist. Thank you , but I'll pass on a salary reduction, a job title reduction and a job of kissing the asses of liars, thieves and people who never crossed the stage to receive an earned award.
