BIO Legal Woes 2021 Edition

How is the Implantable Loop Representative program working out? I have received 2 calls from different recruiters over this. At 30,000 feet it does not seem like bet I am willing to hedge.

The Biomonitor is the product to save Biotronik. It puts all other loops to shame and physicians are idiots for using the other loops - especially the Abbott device which can’t even accurately detect a pause.

If Bio was in the wrong they would not have brought over the biggest three reps in the city (draws too much attention, too high profile). Abbott’s business will tank without those reps.
Isn't this the exact reason for the lawsuit? BIO hired reps to grow their business and take those dollars from ABT. The issue is JP and his actions after he accepted the BIO job. ABT has a case and looks to be serious about pursuing to the end.

I disagree entirely. Abbott is soft and will not see this thing through.

Give it a rest. No one cares about this suit except Abbott. Fear mongering and intimidation don’t get you very far.

Is that the loop with the self explanting spring built in? And don’t forget your patient will have lots of pain.

If you are referring to the loop with a lower incidence of documented procedural and post procedural complications compared to all other currently marketed loops the answer is a resounding “yes”. Facts are important.
