I’ve seen people get rejected from jobs for too many cell phone tickets. No joke. Nothing is guaranteed these days. And to put in your notice when you’re not 100% certain, you’re an idiot. But then again, this board isn’t exactly the meeting of great minds.

Yeah, BIO sets a high bar for hiring competitive reps. I'm sure JP was concerned that he would be denied employment. So, better safe than sorry and collect two paychecks.

Really?????? I'm not saying the guy is a hardened criminal.... shady yes. Can his actions be deemed criminal? Maybe, that's for a court to decide.

ALL of that being said, he knew what he was doing by 'double dipping' and sharing secrets. He got caught and there will most likely be consequences. Will this end BTK? Absolutely not.

How is the Implantable Loop Representative program working out? I have received 2 calls from different recruiters over this. At 30,000 feet it does not seem like bet I am willing to hedge.

It is not a criminal lawsuit. It’s a civil lawsuit. Criminal actions won’t be decided upon.

Who knowingly sells defective heart devices to patients? Slime balls maybe, but no one else.
 
























If Bio was in the wrong they would not have brought over the biggest three reps in the city (draws too much attention, too high profile). Abbott’s business will tank without those reps.
