On another note - rumor has it that there may be a big re-org in Princeton - anyone heard about this? I've heard from several sources that Princeton executes the clinical trials that gives us something to sell...any idea how a re-org could affect us??...layoffs/relocation for them??
 
















Our wonderful talent is making and average of $ 490,000 not including Loreal shares that they cash in yearly after 5 years of service. They average about $125,000 per year.

They are the 1% while the sales force sliding scale payouts are diminishing yearly.

Lots and lots of ugly facts will be posted of what upper- management is making and why
they are allowed to join in sales force rewards, presidents impact, inner circle.
All of that is factored in the sales force our commission scale so the payout scale is slanted to accommadate upper-management.

Thank FF and CG for that. Bill tried to defend it but lost, because of the FF kissers.

It will get even worse. Say goodbye to your company car in about 18 months.

It's not just this. The pharmaceutical industry is now staffed way, way, way over 50% with females, and the companies have discovered that most of these female held positions are a second income for their families; therefore, they now pay less and less in bonuses, and salaries stay relatively flat, because, hey, it's simply a second income for most of the employees families so what company really needs to pay as much as they use to.
Your total annual bonus compensation is now only a fraction of what is used to be over a decade or two ago (adjusted for inflation), and salaries have not increased much (certainly not enough to keep pace with inflation). The times of reasonable pay outs as seen in the one income family days is over. You will always be paid like a little shmuck from here on out, unless you can seriously sacrifice your family for a lifestyle necessary to become a 1%'er in the upper levels of these companies.
 




Everyone ends up somewhere.

He went to Ranbaxy and now he is running the branded sales team Nation wide. They will be happy they have a good guy like that running things. If this company was smart they would try to bring him back. It was much better when he was in charge of a sales team or teams. the yes men they put in after him and people like Fra & BJ was an absolute disaster and almost tanked the whole company. I guess there is a little bit of Karma out there.

department and expected more out of the Lazy nationals.
They teamed up against him along with K.G. from human resources. He would have gotten rid of DL and GA by now. Spend 20 minutes with them and see if they have a clue.

as far as nationals go...

this crew is a joke. a simple embarrassment. I am simply disgusted by the "crew" that this company has allowed to run the "mid" level. So much so, that as I woke up in the middle of the night I found it necessary to finally chime in! These guys have set up a chronyism template that simply has not been challenged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When it comes down to it... I would love for these nationals to be challenged. I would sincerely love for these "pals" to be asked a few questions that are very basic to the industry. I have had my national in my offices and then, of course, I had to do damage control after he left. His ego was toooooooooo much. but that is typical. wether it is a hard ass manager on access saying "we still need to get it done!!!!" or "hey pal, youre my guy/gal!" these yahoo's are insane! I simply cannot believe the jicky-jack salesmen continue to flurish in DFW.

I digress....
 




Totally agree long past due for these Nationals who are not really Nationals to go. Add zero value nothing but pure overhead. If the new President is cutting people and still retaining this crew he is missing a big opportunity - it will be an accelerator for the company when this dead weight is removed from the payroll.

Interesting that they get rid of some quality people and leaders over two years ago and the company has totally hit the skids.
 












Funny we are still talking about the guy. He was great and got screwed by FF and others - like many of us and now like the rest of us is very happy to be out of here. Don't know why people are saying anything negative about the guy, anybody who has ever worked with him benefited and had a lot of success. I hear he is doing exceptionally well at the company he went to. Anybody saying anything like the above post simply did not know him or know what they are talking about. He has been laughing all the way to the bank for years. You should be as dumb - fella.
