that's about right and Cutiscience will be replaced by a Cetaphil Trade Sales force- BU disagreed, JP pushed and won, BU out and FH agreed and got promoted. Always say YES, great idea and awesome and you will make it to the top (JP, FH)-if not, you won't be around for long
 




There are going to be big changes at the end of the year, although no one will be laid-off...it's called re-aligning. Remember Galderma has so much money they don't need to lay anyone off, but somehow they always do. Cutiscience is gone, done! They will be combined with Medi and the other two divisions will be downsized.

After losing Graceway to Medicis the company is fucked. They keep talking about this great pipeline, but all it is are rebranded drugs (i.e. Epiduo .3 etc). Why do you think they were trying to buy Graceway? Galderma is a little fish trying to act like a big pharma company. All the old boy network shit is going to bite them in the ass in the end. FF is not the problem, in fact hes here to fix the problems.
 




L'oreal and Nestle want certain profit numbers, Galderma doesnt stand a chance of making the numbers as there are no new products coming, and half of the current ones are old and shitty. Wouldn't be surprised if FF downsizes reps, home office etc to make the numbers look better so that HA can have Loreal and Nestle sell to Galderma off to Medicis (would make sense, with the whole QMed/Restylane thing...) And it's common knowledge that HA and FF desperately want to move "up" to L'oreal. The other thing the downsize would achieve and the trade sales force is an opportunity for Nestle to add their baby products (Gerber etc) into the bag. Bigger picture really has nothing to do with Galderma. And this scale of deal would pretty much secure the move to Loreal for HA and FF.

Interesting. I'm fairly new at the big G, but BU seemed a pretty stand up guy. FH, on the other hand, never struck me as trustworthy. Not a lot to go on, just an impression....
 




Please, there are so many jobs out there. Don't be scared by the negative post. It is a shame Bill is gone but douche bags like Timothy R is still around. Really, dude is such a yes man and talks about his kid way too much in my offices. Grow some loser.
 




POA III Mixed Bag of Products will be a test model. By 2013 Quarter two a cut and realignment with two sales forces carry all products like MediMetrix Model.


This is fact- Gaberdine is not looking for talent to stick around just a cheap salesforce.

An insider told me upwards of 40 from all over the country. If you are in an area where you have 2 Cuti, 2 Thera and 2 Galderma reps, you better start thinking about looking. If you are not a top 20% rep in an area like this, I have some bad news for you...

What makes him so powerful ? His marketing stuff is just a spinoff of crap he created at Medicis way back when. Jonah and Rob N couldn't stand or trust him.

FF is the devil that has been unleashed on Galderma USA. Other American companies, not having the same global problems. To rule by fear will never succeed. If we were all united, we could continue BU's fight. FH is the new puppet with replaced battaries by FF.

Let's stand up together and bring him to his knees.

constant wise crack remarks about Bill U and the untruths about why he was let go.

We are writing the snide remarks down BJ . Not everyone cares for you like you think. How funny BJ , all you did was run and tell Gaberdine any and everthing you could about Bill real or false, about 5 of us have alot to send in on you now.
 








Home office rumor says it was Peterson and Johnson working together to get Uriell .

He had nick names for them that pissed them off, and he challenged strategies they stood for involving the salesforce negatively.

Both of them have been seen under the desk of the president often. LOL
