Perspective from the outside...I find it comical the energy being spent here to unify a slow down. How does that help anyone...especially yourselves. You then don't make your numbers and end up having to explain that to the next company you post for. Or still being here the company is less effective as a whole and is forced to make tough decisions. Now understand that I can't know what your environment is or isn't , but if it's that bad why not walk away. My point is other companies in your space are approaching 8 sample calls per day and are pushing themselves to the max for themselves and their company. If you are truly bought in then each of you should be too. Or if you aren't bought in maybe it's time to walk away. Which ever it is, my advice is to put your energy toward that.

All I am trying to do is to bring awareness to the hostile and bully environment that Lou has brought. This company will not make it under his outdated ideas. Ten to twenty years ago that is how all Pharma companies managed their people but times has change. Studies has shown that to get the best results you don't bully people or make threats to them. If you read and understand the Oz Principles you would see that is what the Oz is all about. Go back and you would see that book was written in 1993.

I like this company before Lou came on board, I know we have a good product but I hate to see how Lou is bring it to a end. I am a fighter that wants to see this company be successful but Lou's outdated ways are not the answer so I am trying to stand up for the ones who can't or won't and fight for a change. The only way to get the board attention is to show them that the reps are not responding to his ways and we need a change in leadership.
