This is a great of a post from a manager. The managers LOVES the Oz principles because it shifts all the blame on the reps and they get no blame. The only ones that can think on their own are the reps.

It was nice to take it slow today. We will do this as long as we need to. We are not going to stand for ole school Pharma. Lou steps down then we will go back to working a full days.
 












Next week will be our first full week of the slowdown and the board will see sales go down. We will continue to do this until Lou is gone.

Check out the IC scorecards did everyone like what the saw. I know it is for one month but if you multiply by 3 it still sucks. Thanks Lou.

We need everyone on board so let's hear from everyone who is on board.

Bring it on, we are not breaking any laws. If you want to fire anyone I hope you are ready for a class action law suit because all we are doing a slow down. Also the EEOC will be notified if you try to do anything to us.

Also on the little video that was part of the news letter that was sent out yesterday talked about the doctor survey, and they said they would write Zorvolex for RA, well that is a off label use of Zorvolex because we don't have that indication. Wissle blowing time I do believe, which leads to large fines.

Let's see 320 reps X 150 targets = 48,000 calls. Don't think that will happen.

Why don't you send out a message via company email to the entire sales force announcing your so called work stoppage. Make sure you copy all the appropriate people. Looks like my plan is working and I think I have touch a nerve with you, so sorry to make you mad.

I believe the company has a obligation to tell the doctors on a survey to remind them that we don't have the RA indication.

I might be a punk rep but I am not loser manager that can't think on my own and wears knee pads when I am at a manager's meeting.

The only worthless piece of trash is the person who gave birth to you.
