The countdown continues for Lou to go, 11 more days

F$&)k your countdown you stupid waste of life.
Lou leave in 10 days or things will change with the reps
This is almost comical at this point. Do you really believe he reads this crap and gives a rats patoutie? I severely doubt he passed on that second piece of coconut custard pie over worry from your idle threat. I have a hard enough time getting drs to Rx this drug, staying home for the day and "booking" calls wouldn't make much difference in my productivity. Or I guess I could challenge them to Rx duexis or vimovo instead. ;-p
Think what you will but if he is not gone by April 15th the we will close the business. If you don't think they read this then think again. This is not a threat my friend it is a promise wait and see.
This is hilarious. What are you, the NSA, The KGB, Spectre, Smerdh, KAOS, the Taliban, Al Qaeda....no wait. Book Harum. Shut the heck up already, who is really going to follow your BS. He who pays the piper calls the tune, now dance clown, dance.....

I love the above, it has to be from a manager. Remember the first qualification to be a manager is not to have the ability to think on their own, the second qualification is to have average or below average IQ. I think above post demonstrates these qualifications. Thanks for your input Mr./Ms. Manager.
Excuse me for acting mature and reasonably, even if I am continuously accused of being a manager. Maybe I'm just growing up and realize there is only so much you can rock the boat. Unfortunately, change is the norm and most of us don't have the clout to affect the changes we really need for this drug to be successful. For that matter, it is a Herculian task that John could slay and Lou will not either. Frankly, Merlin and Houdini could not have conjured up the results we desire. Lou's the new sheriff and these are the (sic stupid) rules of the day. Complain and carry on likevs pedantic spoiled child all you want but it won't rally the troops behind you like a psychotic rebel leader. You may be right about a lot of the things you think and say but it does not change the fact that you're a peon like the rest of us.
I might be a peon but at least I am not a dumba$$ manager. If you don't see that Lou is leading us down a path that will not end well you must be a manager.
Alright chicken little, I must cede to your almighty bad attitude. I doesn't change the fact that you have a bad attitude and seem to be a d-bag. Have a nice day. Just remember, being a negative a-hole is no way to win friends and influence people. Many of us realize we are facing a daunting challenge, but we put on a brave face and carry on until a better plan (or job) comes along.
Hope you have a great day to!!! ;-)
I don't have a bad attitude, I have worked under the Oz Prinicpal before and it does not work. People like you (managers) like it because the blame is put on the reps and off the managers. All I trying to do is to save the company and the only way is to remove Lou with his Oz Principals. I know several people will stand with me and we will change the direction the company is heading. You see I am not a manager because I can think on my own.
Most of the managers, of which I am not one, probably do not agree with this either, but the revolving door of corporate management techniques is a staple of business in America. I won't argue this technique is BS, like many others, but this is not a democracy either. If you push back, you will be shown the door. Some managers will tow the company line like robots, while others will TOE the company line with a wink wink nudge nudge to their reps that this is the current flavor of the month. If your lucky enough to have the latter as a manager, you'll manage. If not, dust off your resume and look for a new job because Lou and the board won't give a flying fart about you or your attitude towards Oz.
I guess we will wait and see what the board does. He might not step down on 4/15 but when the board sees a decline in sales they will take action.
Really, a tight leash after two months? I don't think so. Its not a matter of disagreeing with your thought process so much as how the board will handle things. He's an insider and a major investor. He has a lot on the line and the votes to give him clout.
I did not realize that Lou own over 50% of Iroko, I guess my plan can't work now. Thank you for clearing that up for me. Big Lou was a rep 35 years ago. Has not been in the business for 12, yep lou is really in touch with today's Pharma. Go back to the retirement village.
