Big Lou hits the panic button

Lets take a look at things at Iroko, issues were small until Lou baby can on board with the great Oz Prinicpals. Remember this concept was written in 1994 and these Prinicpals don't work.

HOME OFFICE and BOARD of DIRECTORS listen to me on this, you need to send Lou baby back to the retirement village and take his out dated Oz principals original with him or we (the reps) will start saving this company a bunch of money by slowing down our activity. Do I need to be clearer on this? I will in case my point is not coming across, here we go, since the company says it cost $150 per call, we (the reps) will reduce our calls to 8 a day with most of them being made from our house.

LOU MUST GO or our sales will go down. Do you think any of us are worry about not making a big bonus? No because the IC plan will not allow any of us to make a big bonus.

Home Office and Board of Directors you have until April 15th to show Lou the door or things will slow down in the field.

The countdown is on, 13 more days

Do you relish your job as a freakin' troll. Is the sky falling too? So many signs make it clear you're FOS, do csll e on April 16th and tell me whose right....

Hey dumba$$ read the whole post, it is the countdown for Lou to be removed or we will go on a slow down strike. Answer this question how in the hell do you have enough brain cells to dress yourself in the morning

Somehow I doubt your sophomoric plan will gain much traction. JV was not the right person to be running the company and considering Lou's investment, he's got leverage and a track record. But you're just another slack f-ck with a keyboard and an opinion.

Yeah Lou has a track record but it ended 12 years with the big successful Endo. No I not a slacker but someone who has worked under the Oz Principal and I can you one thing it does not work. My plan will work wait and see.

Following the OP slow down to get our message to home office really the real problem here is that this company is going under our efforts to slow down doesn't change the fact that we will be without jobs in the next few months. No programs, penny pinching everything, slow samples are all signs that a company is going down.

Pharma isnt want it used to be. Between the FDA and ambulance chasers it is ridiculously expensive to bring anything to market. There is almost no innovation left. Just repackaged old drugs. If you're here you were probably desperate for a Job, present company included. Complain all you want but money talks and BS walks. Lou's got the money and we just follow the rules. If you're as sharp as you say you are, why are you here, complaining. The oz principle is something to be parroted back to your DM or an exec on a ride along. Otherwise, follow initiative 4, treat this like your franchise and dibwhay you have to do to succeed. There are thousands of management theory and self help books on Amazon. Buy a hand full and find one you think works. Unless you are independently wealthy, you're stuck like rest of use towing the company line.

Here is something you can ask your RSM, ask them what is going to happen on June 30th. The co-pay cards are going away. Don't believe me, fine, but my RSM is brave enough to tell us. Who thinks patients will pay $30-$50 for this pig with a new dress? Also don't forget that managed care is getting worse with more PA.

Another bad sign the company can't figure out when and where to have the launch meeting in early June.

Hey Lou the Oz principal includes a clear vision for the company if that is the case why can't you decide when and where the launch meeting will be. Go back to your retirement village. I know you have skin in the game but your skin is too old and saggy

Copay cards cannot go away, it will be suicide. Once the Rx leaves the drs hand, there are still at least three uncontrollable barriers. The company can analyze their rxes and see the monster they've created, but to reiterate, this is pharma 2015. Its just the reality of the situation. I could cut and paste this thread at half the boards on cp and the challenges and gripes would be exactly the same.

So get busy selling or get busy looking for a new job. Just don't expect the grass to be greener on the other side of the fence.

That for the correct you little piece of crap I forgot this company is different they use RBM. But the bottom line copay cards are gone June 30th

You are both wrong....RBM is your manager, RSD is his manager. The titles are different at each company but arguing about it is immaterial. I can argue what you claim your regional sales director told you, but no copay cards and a tepid launch of tiv will lead to at least 25 % attrition by the end if the summer. So much for initiative 2. The copay cards were a double edged sword and now we can use them for hari Kiri if they go away.

I love it when a manager post something on CP. Keep drinking the kook-aid.

When Lou ran Endo, he never needed a copay card to sell.

Different era. We are selling in a crowded market. Our story is tepid at best, but worth a shot wgenbthe meds are free to the pt. But our story is not so compellingly backed up by the results we try to infer to the drs. The success stories are great, but even placebo CSB make a cripple walk every now and again. If management can't sell this yo the insurance companies and pbms for reasonable access how are we going to do better. The sample shelves are littered with co pay cards for most drugs and they aren't going away. There are too many acceptable generics now to think anyone is going to choose Zorvolex over dinner and a mortgage payment. A years supply of ibuprofen is s about $12 at Costco, need I say anymore.

Thanks, sarcasm does not go over well on the internet.
