Look through the history of this broken record. I recall you talking about Theronos taking over the industry as just one example. I don’t post but like to check this board out on occasion. Since you “only have been peeking at this board”, let me clue you in on how things work, son. Numerous individuals from our industry post valuable content here, anonymously, making it impossible for you to attribute any post to any specific person. If you in fact knew who I was, you would know that I was the first to call out the fraud that was being purportrated by Theronos and to call for calm on the subject. You can also find me on the “cheap hustle” thread, after their demise, pointing out what an actual cheap hustle looks like. In regards to the current situation, this is far from a cheap hustle. It will be a sound business decision for the company to distance themselves from anyone associated with sales. Quest will be fine. The reps will not and I hope they are prepared for that. There will be no support for us internally. It is no secret that we are despised by every other department. Best of luck to everyone, even you, son. Your camp of deniers will need it the most. I guess for some, it’s better to obsess over the actions of others, that have no actual influence in their lives, instead of confronting reality. The smart ones though, will be carefully navigating the final days, while seeking legal advice and setting up an alternate source of legitimate income. You will likely be required to sign some new compliance paperwork that will not be limited to future conduct. Consult with an attorney first. It will be carefully worded and designed to shift liability for past wrongdoing to the representatives. It should be viewed in context with all of the other policies we acknowledged and the signed agreements in our files. Best wishes and Hope this helps.

It is a fact that as a reward for outstanding terms of service, successful employees have been awarded lavish retirement packages to acknowledge their achievements and to demonstrate the sincere appreciation that almost everyone at Quest Diagnostics feels for those who have worked so hard, paving the path to success for us all. Quest Diagnostics is great today largely because of the wisdom, dedication and hard work from countless others who came before us and we will never forget that.

Please let us know what you are smoking. The facts( something you never seem to care for) are that the company has had quite a few cases brought against them in this area and made a number of settlements.

Incredible. Thanks for sharing that information, son. It never occurred to me that a 15 billion dollar market cap, multinational corporation, with 50,000 employees would settle some nuisance lawsuits brought on by individuals that lack the talent and determination to earn an honest living. In regards to your initial question, I would love to steer you in the right direction, but this is not an appropriate forum for that kind of advice. Hope this helps,
