No more layoffs. People that were on PIPS are getting fired and they’re getting ready to put more folks on PIPS.

Have you seen how many people are gone? There is enough attrition through people leaving on their own and others being fired, there won’t need to be any more layoffs. Of course the company may not be around much longer at this rate anyway.

Where is this information coming from? I don't think layoffs. Firings. The stockholders need to fire management. If the buddies and girlfriend are protected file lawsuits. What has happened here is criminal.

Oh! They are on that already! Like that’s going to increase sales! If people truly hit their metrics, it would actually decrease sales!!! You have to know who to see and when. That means not hitting your metrics...especially with such large territories. They force people to lie. They will never admit how counterproductive that is. If they did, we wouldn’t need Glaxo 2.0. Good thing some of us know what to do regardless of their counterproductive strategies. It just takes up valuable customer gave time.
It is getting near layoff season again. There is no way our revenue can support our currently sized sales force in the U.S.
