Best DM's

I think Micheal Crisci, by far, no other manager very close, although Pete Easson was great too. I heard Dennis Keyes as well, they were realistic and fun. Hard to find anyone close to that these days. Everyone that is left is scary!!! And the DM'S that are reps now, wonder why they got demoted? lol I wonder, cause they sucked and did nothing to help their reps except complain and say we need more more more, dumd asses!

Wayne Pflanz is a very good DM. He has loads of experience, is fair and realistic, but most of all supports his reps. He has gone to bat for us many times. He has high expectations, but lets face it, how can you argue with his results. He has promoted most of Wisconsin adn won about 10 Presidens Clubs.

I agree 100%. Trust is a key ingrediant and I trust Wayne. he is a straight shooter. Nver heard a person say a bad word about hin. After all these years-wow

Helen Bourett is by far the most competent manager out there. Many people don't like her style but she has created a team of top performers that live and breath the Novartis sales model. Way to go Helen! Look forward to seeing you get promoted inside. You truly are a "Woman in Leadership"!!!!!

I couldn't agree more! Helen is a great leader.

Helen B. has had major issues around her iron fisted, Nazi like leadership style but all in all her methods have represented Novartis as the "Place to Be" employer. We should all be blessed to have Helen as a leader as Novartis strives for greatness in this tough economy!!! Way to go Helen!!!!
