Moral of the story...treat people like you want to be treated, don't lie about or to your reps, and treat people like human beings. Do those things and you don't get written about on Cafe Pharma. However, that is not in your DNA. Misery and dishonesty is your way of trying to cover your own short comings. Trying to make others look bad to make yourself look good is wrong. Your dishonest power trips got you here. I'm talking about you...GAW!
 






Or maybe if you would work hard and not complain constantly, they would probably leave you alone. I know most of you think you are doing your job, but most of you do as little as possible. We all know you wish you could go back to the days of scripted messages and getting a retention bonus while selling a product with little to no competition that would have sold itself. From the top to the bottom 90% of this company should have never been in this business to begin with, I am embarrassed to be associated.

The only tards are the ones who stay with a company or job they hate. Your manager is not going to pat you on the head like your mother and say how good your doing when your not getting the business.
 












I'm a RD, and I actually agree with the poster who commented on RDs developing themselves if the majority of their reps are complaining. All Regions are going to have one or two, but if it's a majority, you're probably just a sucky manager. Our job is to inspire, train, and develop--we are on the same team.

I am an RD as well. I agree and will take it one step further. Our job is to help all our reps. The one or two mentioned before, in all honesty, are just reps that we are failing/have failed. We are ALL SUPPOSED to all be on the same team.
 






























What most of you don't know is that it's the same handful of dumbass people posting the same thing over and over and over on this thread. They have no life so they get on here every day and bash the same person. Aren't they tired of doing this everyday? Don't they have something better to do! Get a life losers!
 






The sad thing is they don't have anything better to do. The worst part is everything they accuse someone else of doing they are doing themselves. The little group (which everyone knows who they are) are the most hateful, mean spirited people I have ever come in contact with. It's amazing most of them are parents, can you imagine what there kids are going to be like?!
