Best and Worst RD

It's pretty pathetic that the same people keep posting the same crap over and over. I've worked for Gina and she was great. That is probably because I'm an adult as opposed to the bitter children she has had to and continues to deal with.

No it's because you are one of those fake ass kissing reps that make me wanna vomit at poa meetings!!! You my friend are the child in all of this!!

Wow! why dont you tell us how you really feel about having a female manager-just because you're bitter about not being able to get a promotion. if you've only had gaw, nb, jm than i get it. but there are (or should i say were) some great female rd's out there. av up north in wis or mn was great (couldn't take helland and totally get it-another idiot who should have never been promoted-another great move by hp), amiee s. in the south was really good, jw... these are the smart ones who got out knowing they could make more money being a rep and not deal with all the bs. another reason why shire needs to wake up-
although i do enjoy talking sports with the male rd's i've had- the one female manager i've had was by far the best i've had. (i know it sounds stereortypical, but she wasn't into sports all that much) but it is unfortunate that regardless of gender, the list is longer for incompetent rd's than it is for good ones
 






WOW! I go a couple of years not checking cafe pharma, and then I do...and well, some things never change. I've lost touch with most of my "old Shire" friends but one suggested I check out cafe pharma. The BIG surprise is that GAW is still there. The not so big surprise is that she is still making people miserable. She must have something on somebody at corporate because she has no business managing anything or anybody. Oh well, reading this drives home the fact that life is too short to deal with horrible people like GAW!
 




























































RDs work hard and have emotions. How would you like to have your name abused on this anonymous website. Its just being a bully. In the end your every bit as bad perhaps worse, than the RDs you mentioned on this site. Your doing exactly to them what you think they are doing to.

True, I would say the majority of RDs who you think are bad are told to be that way. Their ZDs push them to act the way they do to their reps. Most RDs dont like being a dick to people but they are doing what they are told to keep their jobs. They do the dirty work the coward ZD's will not. Almost no RD in this company is allowed to think for themselves. Some do buck the system, and it limits their careers or cost them their jobs. RDs serve as a buffer for the ZDs, and take the fall for them in most cases. How many times do you hear of a ZD getting let go for bad RDs, never. This company has one of the largest turnovers in RDs I have ever seen. They either step down, leave the company, or get fired. ZD's should manager their RD's and develop them, but they would rather rule through them. Mostly due to the fact that 90% of upper management is completely lost when it comes to doing this job. The RD's that most call good managers are only good, because they do very little to help you. They just want to be buds with the reps. They usually have spineless ZD's who don't want to to have any problems and just ignore it till they can retire. Like it or not this is the truth.

The majority probably do get micromanaged by their ZD and told to be dicks; however, there are some like G Arrigo Wilson who chose to be horrible. People like her find it easier to be miserable and make her reps miserable. Just saying.
