Beginning of the End?

You are hearing from the same 2 angry folks on here. It's a shame trolls from other
forums are trying desperately to pull the wool over your eyes. No doubt the company is a complete mess but the hard working achievers DONT have time to cry all day on boards

How in the hell would you know if it's the "same 2 angry folks" or not? This place is a shit show, run by idiots! They are PIP'ing good people for no reason, and screwing them on commissions! I can't think of a single person that wants to stay here! Arun realized this was the Titanic and got the hell out!

I understand when an employee does not produce / is at the bottom of sales and can not adapt to a sales program. Maybe they are not suited for sales and need to be terminated. That can happen in any job sales or otherwise. What Novadaq has done is take top performers - some in top 1/3 of the company some 75-100% to plan reps and fired them. The RBM 's did not support their reps - all was a lie. There were good sales reps with big sales looming on the books that were fired. There were dedicated sales reps with no CSS support that worked double duty and were fired or PIPed out. These are real people with real families who were dedicated to their jobs. They believed and trusted if they did their jobs they would be allowed to have employment . This was not the case. The whining that was referred to earlier is the confusion and pain of working diligently and fired for no apparent reason. This is not how a ethical business should run. This is a company with no conscience.

Well here is troll number 3. Everything being written here is true and worse. TT has one thing on his mind at it Dermacell. He is so fixated on taking business away from Lifecell he can't think of anything else. He is losing and losing his mind at the same time. So let's just keep taking it out on the sales force. No previous company has been able to move this dog of a product. TT's name in the industry is so bad that even ISIS has rejected him. Karma is a bitch and I can't wait for it to slap him in that stupid face of his. And no I'm not all in!!!

To anyone thinking about interviewing with Novadaq, read the above post, and take it to heart. What is written is is absolutely true. RBM's (and above) will lie to your face and say all is well, and next week you are put on a PIP, and fired a short time later. TT has no leadership qualities, sales skills, or business acumen whatsoever, and as others have said, is obsessed with Dermacell, which will never be a major player. This company is a one year play, and no more. You will not make it a career here. If you are desperate and out of work, with a family to feed, and have nothing else working for you, then I would still suggest running the other direction to employment insurance or what ever, but not here!

Unfortunately, the above post is very true and not overstated in any way. Management, at any level, cannot be trusted. I know many that have been PIP'ed, and were doing well will sales that would soon be booked, and were fired. One rep in FL committed suicide, and from what I hear, pressure from this job was one of the factors (not all) that was to blame.

If you wind up here, don't think you will be here long or make a career out of it. It is nothing but a stepping stone to something else.

Who was the FL rep that commited suicide??

Well here I was all excited that we have our own board and this the thread to start it all? All I've heard is complaint after complaint. Personally, I like it here. It's tough and we're held accountable, but they didn't sell me anything more than what I agreed on. Did you all not get the same message I did when I interviewed? This job is going to be hard and we are held accountable. But like any new company, we have turnover. The first wave (mainly the start-up guys) thinks its all about getting the word out and get a couple docs to use the product. They make their money and move on. Or it was the LifeCell fucks that didn't give a shit and put systems with no idea what they were doing. The second wave comes in, thinking "I'll get them hooked" but the truth is most don't know how to close the deal. Sold themselves in the interview but didn't have the goods to get it done. The third wave, which is where I think we are now, comes in and closes what they can, builds up the relationships where they got dropped and tries to rebuild the bridges that have burnt. I'll admit that this isn't the same in every territory or region but in ours, we've been picking up the pieces of the shit shows that were in left behind. In more than a few instances, the previous rep was clueless and simply put systems in to as they tried to justify their jobs. But all they did was leave a mess and it took months to clean the mess up. So please spare me the "whoa is me" mentality of how people were let go. With the shit we had to clean up, it would have been better to have had nobody in the territory than what these folks did. Can't say management always did the right thing but that's what new companies do, they learn from their mistakes. But to say the stock price is down (but is actually up $3 since the end of Q2) and that we don't have good momentum isn't looking at the books. We're growing and yep, some days it sucks because they want results. But if that's not what you agreed to when you interviewed, time to look elsewhere and rightfully so.

This post IS THE TRUTH about Novadaq! Potential new hires, better read this post and forget Novadaq! Management is THE worst I have ever encountered! This is just a quick stepping stone to something better. There is no way in hell you can have a real career here!

Please remind me where you work so we can begin to backfill you IMMEDIATELY. You obviously don't want to be here and will only further tainting the water. Don't counter with how I'm part of the management and this is what everyone should expect because it isn't accurate. Give some details so we all know what you're real agenda is.

Seems pretty obvious to me that the person's agenda you're referencing is to warn people about how awful this place is. If you're that clueless about that, then you're clearly part of the management team!

I've been here for sometime and am pretty happy. Made good money and have really good technology backing me. Confused on why so many people are complaining on here so much.

Is it TSM's or CSS's that are disgruntled?

I doubt seriously that you have been here "for sometime". The PIP's, and everything else on here are true. Not a place that will provide you a real career.

Top reps don't get put on PIPs out of nowhere. Let's not kid ourselves people. Top reps are put on PIPs because:

a) They inherited a territory that was always doing very well, and they have done nothing to advance or maintain it. So management say, ya fired.

b) Their CSSs are doing all of the work, and making them look good on paper. So management says, ya fired.

At the end of the day, if your territory would be no better or worse without, you probably aren't going to last.

This is not a huge company where you can fly under the radar doing nothing. You make serious money so you are expected to do serious work.
