JB just had another SD resign, and his numbers are still tanking. For all the reps who who were Joe's minions and drank his koolaid, you all are screwed and lab reps who left Quest and are at other labs know who you are and will make sure to tell their managers not to hire you. This is a valuable lesson for Quest leadership, next time don't hire an arrogant, womanizing, furniture salesmen who knows nothing about the industry to run the most prestigious lab market in the country. JB why don't you do the honorable thing and resign and get the hell out of the NYC area. I heard Bob's discount furniture in Syracuse is looking for a few slick talking salesmen. Just one year ago the asshole posse led by JY marched into TBR, disrespected and treated tenure people like crap and look where you are now?

Even if they fire JY and his crew, Teterboro wont be able to save the company. They had a shot to make things right after Nosenzo and his team left but they double down on tearing TBR apart and the company collapsed.

Guess that doesn't say a lot for our SLT team...they just keep getting big raises, bonus', and screw the rest of us. BTW---what has the new "Sports Diagnostic" program done? Any sales? Any income? They're spending money like water and have nothing to show for it. Things have got to change!!
PS--my friend's wife works in HR. Said they hired a new person to improve employee relations. If this new person is watching this website, listen up. SLT needs to get their act together, they are a joke and mockery of the lab industry. If you want to improve employee perception of this company, quit hiring people who don't know how to work in this field!

You may impress the other ham-n-eggers at your local slop chute with this kind of talk, but you haven't shown any sort of spirit like this in front of any of us who matter. And your numbers are hardly anything to brag about. You may want to look into ITT Tech or ECPI.

Wont be that hard to predict the future, Quest NY Metro will continue to lose business and reps. JB will be fired or will resign before he is fired. You will be the laughing stock of this company and Quest will hire people who knows what they are talking about. JB will never lead anything in this industry again and us "bottom feeders" will bring the business back and not have to deal with your idiotic leadership anymore.

The true bottom feeders are the topic of this thread....poor leadership, arraogance, sleeping around , inappropriate conduct...that's bottom feeding in my book.
 












A professional salesperson sells no matter who they are lead by, I don't see anyone selling, just leaving.

The problem is that present management gets in the way of us selling. Too many reports, too many teleconferences, and definitely too many activities that do not help us sell! What is even more frustrating is the lack of standardization, that's districts, don't even start me on BUs.
 






No one who matters in this organizations reads your "book."

JB must have read all the right books, thats why NY Metro is doing horrible, people are leaving and the majority of the sales force has zero confidence in him. I have never seen so many people despise one guy that they would rather want Tom Schaener back. His arrogance is apparent from his responses but his time is short with the company. He might not be able to face reality but all the chatter in Madison suggest otherwise and EC knows all too well his escapades in the stat lab coupled with his terrible leadership style that has led too abysmal numbers in a NY market that Quest once dominated. Proofs in the numbers JB and your a failure. I do have a book that may help you, its called Sales Leadership for Dummies.

Your sales growth is not dependent on what your manager does or doesn't. It's obvious your not selling and blaming JB or JY, they may be losers but you are also. Good sales people sell with or without sales tools or managers, they are self starting and independent.

All the the complainers are losers and probably relying on sales leads, get off your *ss and sell something
