When are they going to be fired? They are abusive and we are in last place in the nation. JB is a nut job and JY is a terrible leader. Everyone is feeling beaten down and the numbers blow. Is anyone happy? Fire them!

It will never happen. They will live on at Quest for a long time. I'm looking to get out like others. Of course, the girls they love will stay...

I don't get it. JB is not even discreet and cannot be protected by his poor numbers. JY has always been an astute political operator. Can't he see that JB will blow up and no amout of teflon will help.
 


















JB just hired another one of his goons for NY. No lab experience whats so ever, given the job bc JB and him were boys in Syracuse. What a joke TBR has become. Everyone says oh JB is gone soon yet EC and JY still let this clown hire his people. Guarantee this guy will resign in one year after he fails at bringing in business. When will the madness in TBR end?

Maybe JB will resign after a year of not bringing in business...guess not.

JB will never resign. He believes he's great and obviously has convinced others, despite failing to win the respect of anyone in TBR.

I dont see how being a complete joke in the lab industry, having terrible numbers, having the majority of the sales force have zero respect for you and having an open affair with a not so attractive rep make you the envy of town. Once JB is fired from Quest good luck getting a job in the industry or vendors (Thermo Fisher MZ) who sell in the industry. So many people have a negative view of you and your leadership. Go back to Upstate NY and sell furniture again.
 






Love the infighting at Quest, JB please don't leave, I had my best numbers last year and this year is looking great too thanks in part to your reps not wanting to work and being demotivated. Also thanks for not cracking down on your favorite OB rep for not working, those accounts have been my biggest gain in sales. In my company's eyes you've been great for business. Keep up the good work and thanks again!!
 


















JB just had another SD resign, and his numbers are still tanking. For all the reps who who were Joe's minions and drank his koolaid, you all are screwed and lab reps who left Quest and are at other labs know who you are and will make sure to tell their managers not to hire you. This is a valuable lesson for Quest leadership, next time don't hire an arrogant, womanizing, furniture salesmen who knows nothing about the industry to run the most prestigious lab market in the country. JB why don't you do the honorable thing and resign and get the hell out of the NYC area. I heard Bob's discount furniture in Syracuse is looking for a few slick talking salesmen. Just one year ago the asshole posse led by JY marched into TBR, disrespected and treated tenure people like crap and look where you are now?
