I am shocked that they would pay that low!
Don't be shocked. It's a CSO. Yes, we have all heard of contracts that pay well, some exceptionally well by offering base salaries in the 90's. However, this is quite rare for a CSO. It is not unheard of for contracts to have reps' base salaries in the 50's and not providing company cars. The new Valeant/Salix Quintiles contact is only offering base salaries in the 50's and a car allowance.
 






Can't wait to hear the pure motivation from MS after OSU beat VT tonight. If his weekly kick-off speech is anywhere near as captivating as the one he gave at the meeting in Raleigh, we are sure to blow out our 3x revised forecast for 2015. Leadership at it's finest. New bonus plan is not rewarding the correct people again. Scott asked for input and then did whatever he wanted to anyway. Some lucky reps will grow from 4 scripts a week to 7 and make $15000! I have worked the hardest I have in my career, took a $20000 pay cut and get berated by my useless manager to add insult to financial injury. Time to leave this sinking ship.
 






Now they have money to hire new managers and reps but I am stuck with a 3% max raise! My manager promised at least 4% built into the contract, more if I did well. Now he is gone and maybe it's time to join him. All bdsi worries about is the stock price. I was also promised by year end to be role into bdsi. Glad I didn't hold my breathe. Lastly, on the q 3 earnings call they mentioned doing away with the free trial in December. That should be fun to roll out.
 






This is the worst launch in history - you guys suck!

Net revenue for BUNAVAIL increased 39% to $1.2 million compared to the second quarter. Net revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2015, was $16.0 million, compared to $36.4 millionin the same period of 2014. The nine month revenue for 2014 includes two milestone payments totaling $20 million for database locks for the two BELBUCA Phase 3 studies and $12.1 million of R&D reimbursable expenses for BELBUCA, while the 2015 revenue for the same period includes the milestone payment of $10 millionfor the FDA acceptance of the NDA for BELBUCA in the first quarter.
 


















Bonus has been limited to a few territories. Average rep has made less than $10000 in first year bonus. If interviewing for new position check on coverage . Might be ok opportunity but only if unemployed. If rep left territory, only take if desperate.
 






I didn't make much bonus 3rd quarter but I'd sure like to get it before 4th quarter ends. Jeesh.....why lie to people about it when you're not having to pay them much? We were told by middle of 2nd month after quarter ends. Uh, can you say "month late"??? If we were a month late on something they would call that a failure. Well, BDSI/Quintiles.....you failed. Ridiculous.
 






Scott has not lived up to his promise to pay by 11/15. Now 12/15 and he doesn't have the decency to apologize or explain situation. He did have the time to send us that great motivational email on Friday. If you want us to work for you, try to work for us!!! Bring back DA
 


















WTF is up with this company??? Yet again, we are left holding the bag not knowing what our payouts will be for Q4. According to SP its supposed to be paid to us by this next pay period and we haven't heard shit. The deception/lying/falsification continues.
