Shire are buying a turd covered in glitter in Baxalta!

It has been the worst career move for me to join this company! The absolute deception of the proposition vs the reality of poor management, no committment to research and poor in-licensung agreements that mean it is difficult to develope what is needed to launch a new medication successfully is resounding. Never have a seen such a big company be so inept!

Baxalta talk a good show about becoming a biopharma company but the reality is very different. Avoid joining this company and their empty promises...

with every sequential acquisition followed by a meeting with the takeover partner corporate lawyers....'nope, you're not under the 60/40 threshold yet for us- buy another one.....
interesting to speculate who Shire may be working with behind the scenes. hhmmh - which big US pharmaceutical company should be the most desperate to emulate the trail Pfizer has just blazed I wonder ....

What's with the continued ridiculous plagiarized quotes (Betrand Russell). We get it is an attempt to derail the negative KK narrative. Since Baxalta has an R&D group that gets drugs approved, their price will be too costly for Shire. We are stuck.

In this case it was not slander. In this case the poster posted sensitive and confidential information. Rest assured this individual has been dealt with.

In the US, Slander is not prosecutable. One can bring civil action based on slander.
