I interviewed with an RBM from Avanir but not this one. There are many from Avanir I’m hearing.

I had one this afternoon and he said next steps would be with another manager over video and should hear by end of this week if I’ve moved on.

Just had my final interview and hiring manager said I’m the top pick, just have to get through the background which is no prob. It’s an Avanir manager nut I didn’t know this person.

I applied for the regular Specialty Account Manager position and was just contacted for the Virtual position. I can live anywhere, same pay, I was told 155-165, and looking to fill the position in the next 10 days. It sounds the same to me!

Recruiter made the virtual role sound like a B2B gig. 50+ phone calls a day. Why bother paying the high salary?

The salary sounds the same for both positions from what I understood, low end 150k, max 170, but the virtual position has a minimum number of outbound calls per day and the Specialty role has a minimum of 6 in person calls per day. I’ve had 2 interviews.

so you think 6 in person calls a day is realistic right now? With my current job there’s times I do and then days I maybe only get 3. Will they count virtual calls/phone calls if your in field rep since that’s basically what we are doing: in field, virtual, phone calls, etc?

I just received offer for a Virtual position and got 158 base salary
