For those that have not yet accepted an offer you can negotiate the salary by upwards of 25-40 now due to the stock plummeting. The stock incentive is not worth much now if I hadn’t accepted I would negotiate a much higher base I’m a newly hired RBD best of luck to all.

I’m still waiting to hear on next steps of interviewing with another RBD. This whole thing isn’t delaying the actual product/medication launch is it? I guess we won’t know until we get further in. Hoping I hear by tomorrow if I’ve moved on. According to the recruiter when I emailed her Monday the RBD was still going through interviews for all positions.

Recruiter told me business as usual with pdufa date until they hear different. I am not sure if recruiter is being untruthful or people on this thread? Recruiter told me offers were going out Friday august 20, pending approval that weekend. All these people say they already have offers. Odd
