Well, I wouldn’t want it to be much less than what I have now. I enjoy spending time with my family and utilize my time off including vacation time and Christmas week off to do so which is a nice benefit for employees. Does family time matter to you or no? Because it does to me to have a nice work/life balance.
 








The recruiters started the interview process this week if you get past the recruiter the next step is to interview with the hiring manager who is the manager over that territory. From my understanding based pay will vary by experience but they will go up to 155k for base.
Bonus 30 or 40 recruiter was not sure.
There 40k1 plan sucks match 50% up to 6%
Recruiter did not know about stock options or stock, NO Company car, Will get car allowance but she did not know how much, This is actually a big deal because even when you get car allowance you have to pay for your insurance, repairs, wear and tear on your car that will be worthless in two or three years. Getting the free company car with the fleet gas card can never be beat financially.
Interesting there new medication will have dextromethorphan in it combined with Wellbutrin for major depression.

I’m leaving for Axsome and was told there are over 25 already hired from Avanir. And many more in the interviewing process, I got a good starting salary and I know the manager is also from Avanir. It helped I’m in LEAD but excited to be starting at this new co. There will be so many from Avanir at training and I love NYC I’m from the NE and love it.

is the training in person? NYC is a great city! How long is the training? Any idea how long it took to get an offer from the hiring manager? I’m hoping to hear from a recruiter this week. I really want to join Axsome!

Hiring manager told me they want to compensate for sales success with uncapped bonus base salaries may be lower than normal
The 401(k) match for them sucks
Was told training will be virtual with a one week Launch meeting later like in November

I had an initial phone screen with a lady July 12. I was moved along and have had 2 interviews since then with the new manager. I was offered the position Friday and have not accepted yet, I was offered 155 but I won’t accept for anything under 165. I countered and I think I’ll get it. It moved very quickly once the process starts at least it did for me.

I had a phone screen with the recruiter last Wednesday and we followed up with eachother Friday and I still haven’t heard. I’m a little worried I won’t move for an interview with the hiring manager…. Thoughts? I have more than enough experience especially in Neuro and Psych. I even had been messaging and talked briefly with the manager 2 weeks ago.
