You must be an employee in good standing on the date of the bonus payout. This means give your notice on the bonus payout date, but after it has been deposited in your account.
 








































I interviewed (phone screen etc.) with Axsome last month and they said to be patient that it may be until mid July before they resume the hiring process b/c of the need to get the managers hired and in place for the next steps in the hiring process to begin.

Also, nothing Avanir/HR does will surprise me. Back when they cut reps in November of 2017, initially the Q4 bonus checks for terminated reps, was based on the data available at that specific moment in time.
The morons in HR failed to notice that their data did not include November and December. numbers The data is always two months behind, and in early January, they just looked at current rankings (which did not yet include the final two months of Q2. That meant Avanir was going to screw some reps out of bonus who had strong November/December numbers. A rep I know who was cut, was relentless in emailing and calling HR to correct their mistake. At first they blew him off and then HR tried to argue the data was accurate. Due to his persistence, and actually asking them to pull up the rankings data, and directing them to look at the "Month ending" portion did they agree they had made a mistake. His threatening legal action probably helped as well. the words class action might have resonated. HR finally admitted they made a mistake. He saved many reps from getting screwed out of bonus dollars.

No you LISTEN, you need to be fired. You’re a douche. Then again LEAD is a joke and all the managers are leaving or in the process of leaving.
 




Anyone who has been hired…. Can you tell me the benefits? What is vacation/sick time like? Does the company shut down the week between Christmas and New Years? Thanks!
