all true. This place is absolutely horrible. Counting the days I have left. Expecting an offer this week. Leaving here with two middle fingers in the air directed at TR. He has sunk this company and become wealthy doing so. Everyone is honestly looking to leave. Please, PLEASE do not look at joining this waste of an organization. It will ruin your career.

Don't be such a hater Terry Rich cares about his employees. He's a great leader, motivator and businessman. The fact this company is sinking in a toilet is just a string of bad luck for Terry. He's really a good guy at heart and only wants the best for his people.
 






I gave to agree. He has been very good to me. Do I agree with all of the policies?, no. Does anyone? I hope not or they are merely sheep. Time will tell if the means were justified.
 






























In all of my years in the medical device industry, I have never seen such a waste of talent. This company specializes in hiring great people only to tell them that they are not qualified enough to run thier own territory. This is micro management by upper executives that have no idea how to operate in the extremity industry.

TR surrounds himself with intelligent and capable people only to tell them that they know nothing and to fall into line.

I only hope that there are enough life preservers for this sinking ship. I have never seen a sales force that has been beaten down, unappreciated and completely helpless under these fear factors implored by the ivory towers.

I hope your merger bonuses are worth it because these executives have not only ruined moral, they have ruined confidence in a company that had so much going for it.

How much do you believe in this company, what have you personally achieved to make this place better and how have you increased sales & representative moral?

True leaders inspire by example & I cannot think of one example that upper management has implemented to inspire it's sales force.

This post is being written with a heavy heart, truly wish I could believe otherwise.

The only thing that makes sense for these types of actions would simply involve another merger or aquisition because it's obvious that sales is not a priority.

there is something much bigger here. Why in the hell would they make TR president? He was an RVP and then a VP of sales at a small Ortho company. No experience at all running a organization. His neighbor will get TR his next job. TR's knees must be pretty scarred up from the country club floor.
