I think Jenkins did resign last year but was begged by leadership to stay. That bought 3 months. Bottom line here is this is now a mass exodus. They can talk about how this guy sucks and that guy couldn't cover a case but Terry and Amy have destroyed this company.

Mowry and Morrison should be fired and sued by the people that are holding this company together. Mowry's a joke of a leader that has allowed a bully to run this once proud company into the ground. Now there is a meeting coming up for District Manager retention. Big bonuses in hopes of keeping them around. Gelzhieser is gone I heard, Anderson in Florida done. Recruiters are all over the Tornier managers, because of the extreme leader TR! TR even rags on Mowry, what a joke. What a shit show. Happy Trails everyone!
 






Oh yea, Paul Hasbrook is your next VP of Sales, just ask him. He's telling everyone that will listen, that's why TR brought him to Tornier. He also tells anyone that will listen, he's guaranteed $350k, there you go!

Tim doesn't need your respect. He has the utmost respect from the rest of us who matter. He is a true marketer. Would you not benefit if he helps us market better? If you are in the organization, please leave as you are obviously one of the a..holes that keep us from growing. If you are not....just go F yourself. Yes, that is the reason we are struggling. Not the lack of instruments, massive number of people quitting, or inept leadership. Its the anonymous poster on cafe pharma that is the problem.

I am so glad I left and every day I recruit people to come with me. TR and AA will be the only ones left before the Wright management completely takes over. Dave knew where this train wreck was going and that's why he started looking. Wouldn't you if you talked to an idiot like TR each day?
