The new ABL is driving everyone crazy with his micromanaging. Many of us are looking to leave before we launch. Who would hire such an inexperienced person for a specialty sales force.
It is the division. Many on both teams trying to get out.
The South is the worst with the new ABL. I can't take another week of this guy.
That regional from New Jersey??
If you are an ABL and you end up w/ a thread on CafePharma let's face it, Legal and HR needs to at minimum investigate you. Where there is smoke there is fire and in this litigious society it's to easy to get an Esq. to at least back a letter of notice to the ABL, RM and NVS and let NVS sort it out instead of the Rep being put on the spot. If this would happen more often you would see more ABLs acting like adults instead of 40 year old brats.

100% agree. How about the ABL who are discussed numerous times and over a time frame of many years. That is a big red flag and the ABL still has a job. This proves to me that NVS is not afraid of rep lawsuits.
OH PUHHHHHLLEEEZEEEE.
This is an anonymous board. Get over yourself. As long as it's all copacetic, it's fine.
This is about the horrible ABL in Atlanta nothing else. He should be put back to primary now he has no experience. Two reps on the team were ready to be managers and they were passed over.
Meda, not MedsWonder if he's a GOB from Meds (check out Meda's cafepharma thread). If So, that's how he was hired.
The Meda cafepharma posts are very interesting about the GOB's. KC was one of those GOB's I heard.
Ken C is at Novartis not Meda. Couldn't get a new job if he wasn't good.
First off, we've all known or heard of nightmare managers that move from co to co. Just cuz you can snow a new co simply means you're a good BSer. Ken C. WAS at Meda for many many years and has quite the reputation there. Talk to someone whose actually known him for more than a couple of months.
Btw, Thanks, Ken, for all the replies saying what a great guy you are.
Getting back to the Atlanta nightmare manager, find out if he came to Novartis via Meda and if so, that will explain exactly how he got hired.
You are right....2 sides to KC.
