People who shouldn’t have tattoos

You're hilarious. Confirmed that you are that insecure little frat boy. Only going to become more common as 40% of all white collar professionals have one, whether you know it or not. Grow up, reconcile that fact and then run to mommy little douche boy

Ironically, you just described those who get tattoos while working a job in an ultra conservative industry. However, you are clearly too dumb to realize it
This industry is all about optics, not hurting peoples' feelings, woke politics, keeping up appearances and "sustainability"

Pharma stopped being conservative about a decade and a half ago. It's biggest ownership groups are all ESG driven asset management firms.

I think I hear your mommy calling so it's time for bed...

Now I get it. Internet badass wannabe is kind of like MMA so the tat must be part of the “image”. Probably helps intimidate other reps waiting for their food at Panera as well.

From a position of leadership - no one really cares about your tattoos. Just be smart and tasteful. If you have tattoos on your face/neck, not a good look in our profession and you wouldn't get hired anywhere anyway. Sleeves, ankle tattoos are benign but time and place for everything. I've been on multiple awards trips throughout the years and have always been surprised seeing extensive work on those that I never would have imagined seeing it on. Those encounters didn't change my opinion because they were some of the most decent and capable professionals I've been around through my 30+ year career. Because it didn't change my opinion doesn't mean it wouldn't change others' opinions though

This is so funny. I forgot that I made this post and came back to a bunch of blue hair soon to be retired degenerates that will probably die in the next 15 years from old age talking about tattoos like they are back on granpappies plantation in the good ol’ days.

For reference, I have a Master’s degree and my wife has a doctorate. Many of the docs I call on have tattoos and one even has both arms sleeved. This narrow minded way of thinking is being phased out as soon as you boomers kill off, which will be a glorious day.

By the way I asked what AZ’s policy was, not whether you had your head up your ass on the subject.

Thanks ✌

Companies don't have tattoo policies. That would be discrimination.

Didn't even need my Bachelor's Degree for that one.

You're over educated.

BFD. You are still a follower and your wife evidently couldn’t do any better.

WOW, you are a moron! You just contradicted yourself. The original question was on AZ's tattoo policy. Correct, there isn't a policy in place, hence the reason why a company CAN (sound it out) choose to discriminate against someone with a tattoo. Meaning that it isn't listed in the job description (ie, age, race, religion, gender, etc), therefore the original poster technically would NOT be protected. You're apparently still on the path to complete your GED, and clearly do need to pursue the Bachelor's degree. BTW, I am not the person who you responded to. For context, I too have my master's degree, wife is in medicine, and am a ways away from the 50 year mark. Also have 2 full sleeves that my DM/RD couldn't care leas about.

I'm in my 30's from the NE so never was on "grandpappy's planation" and still think you're trashy af if you get a tattoo. Do you live in a trailer park? Are you missing some teeth? If you answered no to these, you probably just shouldn't get one.

The same responder.. When you have nothing intelligent to say, let's resort to the same lame inaccurate stereotypes.. You truly are dumb..
