They will be taught that the product label isn't really as important as what Dr P says. Hetlioz is for insomnia, nightmares, narcolepsy, restless legs, night sweats and tooth aches. Fanapt is for bipolar, depression, tardive dyskinesia, parkinson's, alzheimer's, MS and headaches

that's horrible for both people. What crazy ass comes up with the stupid ideas. There's always a good way to do something and inversely, the Vanda way which always ends in failure.

Clean house and replace all of the chief (fill in blank) officers and my stock that I stupidly bought may finally gain significant value. At minimum, the CEO must go.
 












Top performers punished with a dinner from hell with the master himself. Now, why am I being punished by having to babysit an ass rep and have to explain to them that what they were told in product training is pig shit and off label. If they get upset, how do I find a safe place for them to cry?

sucks for you but you can learn how really criminal that Vanda will go for sales from what your associate tells you. Take lots of notes. No way can goals be reached without completely selling off label. Do the associates even know that hetlioz has not a single trial that included sighted patients but they must sell this snake oil and tell hcps that insomnia is really non 24.?

associates being taught that prescribers are really ignorant and all Ambien parents should be Hetlioz patients. So very wrong. Vanda is a company in need of complete overhaul.

HA HA Sanofi is ignorant. They need the Vanda model. Raise the price of an almost OTC med and charge $190000 per year. Then make patients sign their rights away so the company becomes their doctor. Then add a 3-6 month wait and a 20% chance of ever actually getting the medication.

Of course if they can get their doctor to change the diagnosis to jet lag, the same medication miraculously works in 12 hours. Maybe if I just walk past the bottle, I'll be asleep in 10 minutes!

SO TRUE!!! . That jet lag data that is not an indication but my manager sure loves to mention inappropriately on calls just like the RSD wants (but will deny no doubt).
