There is nothing worse and 1) If that's the case - lock her up OR 2) could she have been like that Dallas policewoman and made a terrible mistake? OR, 3) did he have a drinking problem and he did it and doesn't even remember it.

And when the other evidence is considered then Ford’s allegation completely implodes.

If facts still matter, if justice and fairness still matter then Kavanaugh gets confirmed and takes his seat on the court.

Proceed? With what? Any fair minded and fact based person knows it’s over. Her credibility has collapsed. Perhaps she was a victim of a sexual assault, but if she was, Kavanaugh was definitely NOT the victimizer!

The only proper thing to do is proceed with his confirmation. If that’s what you mean then you are correct but proceeding with anything other is ludicrous. She was heard and her story as it relates to Kavanaugh has been found massively lacking. Case closed.
