Argenx

Not the place to discuss this. Keep it off of CP. Get in touch with the company or recruiter.

who the hell are you? This is an open forum- last I checked our 1st amendment is still (barely) intact.

to the poster- weird vibe here- can’t get any information from any of the recruiters, or anyone for that matter. They’re probably trying to recruit alexion reps first and leaving the rest hanging until they know who of them are willing to make the leap.

I am someone who knows exactly who is recruiting for them and what they are looking for. Again, CP is nothing but a rumor mill and if you truly want to know something get off your ass and do some actual research. Its pretty easy to research these things.

It was a rhetorical question. I don’t actually care who you are but know that you aren’t the governing body of CP nor argenx - nor have any authority over anyone on this website. Which begs the question- why do you even come here? Does it make you feel good to be condescending to complete strangers?
Bug off

“Any truly talented neurology reps are making 185+“

No way not in neuro. Perhaps you meant base + bonus = 185.

Seriously, if you are a talented neuro rep and making less than 180k in base, then you are being taken advantage of. There are several neuro sales forces whose averages are close to 185 base. Argent is working with a rare disease and will need to pay higher to get better talent.

Wake up from your pipe dream pal. That range is maybe biological oncology. No chance in hell neuro pharma pays a base in that range. Bag it.

That number is biologics and rare disease. Rare disease actually pays higher than oncology. Do yourself a favor and do some research. Those are the numbers that well paid high performing reps are being paid to launch in neuro rare disease.

Perhaps as an outlier on the extreme high end but not the norm. Biogen just hired an entire new neuro sales force and the median base offered was 130-140 with a cap at 152k.

You are comparing an enormous sales force with a big pharma company like biogen to a rare disease start up? Stick with the biogens of the world. good luck

Anyone in the IV process here? I think I've been ghosted despite I thought IV went well. This board is quiet.
Just curious if maybe the timeline has changed. TIA
I am in the process of interviewing. I had my panel interviews last week. I was told that panel interviews for all candidates would continue to take place through this week. Hoping to hear something by Friday.
