Let’s be Professional. The Company is paying you to do a job. Your loyalty should be 100%. Earn your paycheck.

You are a goddamn idiot. Your loyalty is to your family. 100%. If yours cared about you, you would understand.
Spend your time, all of it, making sure you are covered when this finally blows up in a few weeks..
 












In 4 months (and again in 5 years), a significant percentage of those on here crying will wish that they had the same salary package (with so little to do).

Everyone on here (save the Novartis lifers/dead-enders) has been through this before. Probably more than once. Novartis is a place to work, and a shitty one at that. When it is over, they will go to the next stop and make a similar salary package with pretty much identical benefits. If you think Novartis is special, then you are the rube.
 




If you did not find a new job in December when most of the companies hire (after firing all those on pips) you probably missed out on the easiest. Now you have to wait for the package and compete for fewer openings with all your mates. Too soon old…..too late smart. BTY, Pclub winners can be offered AMEX $5K gift cards instead of the trip. Folks - they are going to cut a check of @ $5000 for the President's Club trip (after they cook the books to eliminate a lot of reps) to all the reps they lay off. This is a major stock/investor play without regard to employees esp. sales reps. Entresto is going generic and Leqvio is 2-3 years away from making it, so sorry that the sales force is considered an expense line on the Novartis ledger book. Bye bye....
