What does it mean about the future of Human Pharma when your VP jumps to the Animal side????

It means he wants to expand his depth and breadth of experience. If RL wants to position himself for future roles like a president or country/region head, he needs the additional exposure to other parts of the organization.

And his successor has already been determined. Fear not.
