I'm going to have to agree. Came over here from CV and feel fortunate to have bought about an additional 1+ years of time. I do not think it is going to last much longer though. The post above states the issues that are very clear and obvious.

Excessive micro management. Have heard from counterparts around region with new outside Abbvie mgrs destroying teams and morale. Thank god my dm is old solvay. He just plays the game and focuses on what's right for business. One team has had several leave. Other team told me many are looking. It's exhausting and sad
 




Thank god my dm is old solvay....that is because only a Solvay DM would tolerate your complete lack or work ethic. They protect you as the walls crumble in on the whole franchise. Good luck with the the job interview. Unless the hiring manager is Solvay, you are SOL. JH can only cover up so much incompetence.
 




Halarious. Sounds like a new Abbvie DM or the new "lady girl" leadership aingst. FYI. The Metabolics team grew this franchise to over billion. With many at high fm mix. Lack of understanding from new mgrs. Belisha rhetoric mostly. Heneh
 




All this petty arguing about we are better then you, etc etc is a true sign of what idiots you solvay people are. Yeah keep complaining about how hard your DM is and how morale is so low while the entire business is collapsing right around your ears.
You won't have much to complain about by the end of this year except maybe the shitty little severance package you will be offered.
This business on all fronts is dead in the water. Synthroid will be all that's left and that will be handled without reps.
 




Lets be honest, MHC opened their eyes and said we are paying for an expensive drug because men over 50 feel tired, and cant get it up. If it wasnt for that metabolics would still be rolling along no matter who was selling it. Jump forward to Hep C, if we price it correctly and give good rebates it will sell. We are all at the mercy of MHC, Metabolics, Immunology, Hep C, GI Care.

you forgot one tiny other little consideration: the introduction of generics. It killed cardio and it will kill metabolics as well. Hep C is a completely different biz environment. Pricing wars create losers on all sides. But at least we have a chance that Gilly will not be quick with trying to meet our lowered price. Generics are a shot to the head.
 












The rm for Dallas is killing us. She is major micromanager. Has no understanding of the team management concept. Our new DM is brand new so she is managing us. Get call last week before 4th of July changing business plan update saying change it and we will have call Monday morning to present. No concept of Abbvie culture. If that really exists. If no one believes this ask the team. Going out in limb here but it is that bad.
