Go back and read ALL of my posts stating this division is DONE once RR and the others took control. You dbs (douchebags) didn't want to listen to me and kept saying I was mad I didn't get the job, I was jealous, I am a PCP rep etc etc etc. If you can only see my smile that literally goes from ear to ear you all would be in shock.... Don't save me a spot in the unemployment line...LOL.

Most people don't know this but if you had any performance review, plan or memo in the past 24 months you need to get your resume fired up!
Managers are coming into Cambridge next week as well to stack rank and view "THE MAP".

For those of you who don't know......the truth is a 3rd party consulting firm was brought in t to make the discussions of you stays and who goes......why would they do that you ask...to protect themselves legally. The decisions have already been made. They just want wall their documents back and they want the l e g o o positions posted long enough to say they gave people a chance to post for it. The choices have been made it's just a legal timing issue at this point. Your managers have no say it's already done....
 






Why do I.feel so helpless.........why don't they get it over with already.......it's almost like they want us to be tortured.....or maybe they want us to get other jobs and leave?
 






From the Jan 1 numbers, there only needed to be a net reduction of 20 to get to the desired Sepra Film number, 9 if you factor in the LeeGoo Sales Force.
If resignations are still coming the liklihood is they are very close to that number.

None of this really matters, if Dawn is put in charge you can put a fork in this thing. And as bad as it will be for the Reps, it will be 10x worse for the Managers.
 






Don't be a fool.........the numbers may be correct I've heard we are as low as 65 but it doesn't matter they are going to cut down to as many as 30 seprafilm reps and say it's based on geography and have open territories they will fill......for those of you who stay watch how slowly they DON'T FILL THOSE OPENINGS.....that's because it's all going away soon

These "consultants" and the turds that listen to what these "consultants" say are a bunch of lifeless, souless, dorks. They probably went to some shit ball sleeze ball ivy league school and act like they are these business savvy professionals.

So BL jumps on the gernade and takes LeGoo, seven or eight reps will join legoo with others coming from the outside.

Also, just because we are down now to less than 60 reps, the rest of you with bad reviews or performance memos will be sent packing, we will have less than 50 reps for Seprafilm. Reps displaced will be given your territory.

Seniority does not matter, performance and geography is all that matters! If you were Genzyme legacy and didnt suck up you are gone!
