Any word on MS Panel Interviews?

I heard today by email.

P1 is awful. Did they leave you a message instead of telling you LIVE? That's what they should do. They give the same canned reason why you are getting rejected. I've talked to 3 people, and they give the same response...you are being disqualified based on your "decision making" answer. LOL!!

You're the 4th person they said..."decision making" reason for reject, LOL.

Do they think we don't talk??????????

The BIG thing at DNA is this decision-making comedy and just about every dept heads are asking the peeps to log onto ROaCHE's joke and very long on-line training on voila decision making. Well the reason is that it takes so damn so long to make decision in today's "collaboration" BS ways of working stuff.

Anyway I'll share insider tip with y'all still under consideration - burn the following ROaCHE value into your head!

Our Values

The three Roche values—Integrity, Courage, and Passion—are core to how we want to behave, as individuals and collectively as an organization.

  • Passion means we use our drive and commitment to energize, engage and inspire others.
  • Courage means we are entrepreneurial and thus take risks, reach beyond boundaries and experiment.
  • Integrity means we are consistently open, honest, ethical and genuine.
These values define fundamental attributes for guiding decisions and actions leading

Wednesday. Any word either way from anyone?
Reached out to P1, said they are working hard to get updates end of this week. Why is it so hard to tell us they're finalizing internal candidates, we will let you know if the position is still available if we don't fill it internally? Radio silence is now the way of doing business when it comes to follow up.

Strange, my call involved my initial compensation expectations when I posted for the job. This was a non issue throughout the phone screens. Today I get a call asking if I would consider xyz dollars for a salary. This happened to two others I know on the east coast. All of us declined and withdrew. Not going over to Gene for a couple grand, they should have told us up front instead of nickel and diming us a month or two later. Oh well, no hard feelings but thought Gene salaries would be higher.

I would move laterally to GNE. You must be a superstar! How about moving away from the east coast where the cost of living isn't so high?

Don't worry or stress about it. They are currently behind schedule by 2 weeks and the week of April 25th now isn't going to happen.

Thanks for the info. P1 only told me I was still under consideration and that they were waiting for updates on many candidates. If your info. is true, do you think the start date is going to get pushed back? Assuming I happened to land the position, it would be nice to do the right thing and give my current employer 2 weeks notice.
