Another Lawsuit

The lawsuit cites numerous alleged incidents of discrimination. For example, Traeger, who is currently senior executive territory manager for AmeriPath in Bradenton, Florida, claims to have secured a multi-million dollar account with the Florida Cancer Specialist Project in January 2010. But Traeger says AmeriPath has not paid her full commissions on the account and that Botarelli has ignored her requests to fix the error. Meanwhile, Traeger contends that when territory manager Matt Liggett raised a similar concern, “Botarelli flew to his location, rented a limousine and took him out. She ultimately authorized his payment for commission.”

Lawsuit says: In the spring of 2010 VP of sales MZ invited approximately eight to ten male subordinates (her "boys") to attend the Wounded Warriors Dinner and stay overnight in New York City. Female sales reps were not invited.

Shut the F-up. None of these women are going to post here, so stop trying to bait them. Some here are in management positions trying to appear as reps. bottom line: Quest pays 100 million dollars end of story....

No evidence whatsoever of any forthcoming lawsuits. More whiner nonsense. Post evidence or shut up.

I'm also interested in what kind of proof these ladies have to claim discrimination with.

Totally justifiable lawsuit! They did not hide the fact that they played favorites, I am surprised this hasn't happened sooner.

I'm surprised this post still provides no actual evidence. Wait, no I'm not.

Hey, evidence nut, just because you keep repeating the word doesnt mean it has to all come out now, to YOUR liking. This case wont be decided here on CF, much as you wish you were judge and jury. Take an introductory law course.

Thanks for your sage advice! I will support these women. I'm not a judge, jury or lawyer but an ethical person. Can you and Q say the same? Nope. Stop being a sore loser. Keep steppin' on people. How is business these days?

This is too funny. DGX spends a ton for AmeriPath, $2B, the division has negative growth ~10% and the people working there filed a suit for a $100m. Sounds like they want commission for a job well done. LMAO

Spent all that $$ and fired anyone that knew anything about the 2B dollar book of business. DGX put the mega bitch in charge of somthing she knew nothing about. She may have been a doctor, but never knew anything about Pathology.

Anyone with any grain of self respect wouldn't have worked under those conditions. What will it take for the blood brothers to wake up and see that great profitable businesses have people behind them that mad eit that way.

I took my stock and made some money never regretting keeping my pride and working for a company that understands how people add value to a business.
