Couldn't agree more. Glad to hear another west region rep sees things the same as myself and others. At least the east region seems to have support and organization under Tory's leadership. I can't say I see or feel the same in the west. BM, to MC, to the DM's, to KO..the whole process is a job. And the truth is shared with KO at exit interview but she doesn't care about a thing and takes no moral, legal, or ethical action on facts like the DM sleeping with his direct report.

HR knows, MC knows, the whole company knows. The rep was fired but the manager untouched which is becoming a pattern. How about the other west rep that was sexually violated by a peer.
