IT IS!!!!!!!sounds illegal
Not illegal if you follow the rules that have been laid out. It's like with tax laws where you can always find a loop-hole.IT IS!!!!!!!

You are an idiot, and not surprisingly a hypocrite. This is an area where the big law firms help you to avoid responsibility, just like the way two generations of Trumps avoided taxes- after using federal loans to get started to make billions.
In a third world country, this would be called corruption.

1. Keep your stupid politics off of here.
2. How much time have you spent personally in a third world country?
3. How much has your beloved Lilly taken from Federal, State, and Local governments?
4. How much have your beloved Clintons etc. looted from the US Treasury? (I guess they did that for the children)
5. Please post your tax returns for the last 10 years on here for all of us to peruse, so we can see if you have avoided any taxes.

What's your point? Lilly is not a Christian company. Those bigoted religious rules do not apply here. The company lost its moral high ground a long time ago- and the ongoing age discrimination needs to stop now. Can't we all agree that this is not only an illegal activity, but immoral in the extreme? Not a very Christian thing at all.
Exactly. The "Christian thing to do" is burn witches, and handle poisonous snakes. Also, if we didn't covet our neighbors goods, the economy would collapse in less than a week. What's your point? Lilly is not a Christian company. Those bigoted religious rules do not apply here.
Layoffs happen everywhere...I've been through 2 here. But one thing is always true- the Strong always remain. The weak leaks are gone. The difference is knowing if you are a weak leak when you think you are strong. Management found me 2 different roles after being displaced 2x and if it happens again I know I will be taken care of. They know who can SELL and who can't.
Regards

I live near a winery in Hamilton County, IN and a place right down the road turns water and grapes into wine everyday. A miracle. They also brew their own beer.
At Lilly "Christian = Good Olde Boys Club". It's more of a cult than a true religion inside Lilly. What's your point? Lilly is not a Christian company. Those bigoted religious rules do not apply here.

So, they get you at something like 25 years and age 55 or so, you don’t get 90 points?
Yes, but it starts before 55. First, you start getting bad performance reviews with vague reasons why. Maybe you quit, but if not, then they have set the stage for cutting you for cause.
I am a good neighbor, always willing to share food and drink, watch your place when on vacation etc. Plus, I won't try and nail your old lady. This is in sharp contrast to a Lilly manager I knew very well who was caught not once, but twice pounding his neighbor's wife. The amusing part of the story was his proclivity to ask me to come to one of those Carmel mega-churches, or some silly men's group.I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you, I have always wanted to live in a neighborhood with... You!

So, if you have 25 years therevin sales, how old do you have to be to get the full 90 points? Or did that Cadillac retirement go away during one of the other bloodbaths?
