Annette Powers… doomed leader

They should really consider bringing John back to run GHEOR. He was such a strong competent leader in comparison to the weaklings that are currently in place. It would be a big morale boost for HEOR and MAX in general.

That whole team is DEI.The access fruit took out all the other leaders and replaced them with friends that check the right boxes with leadership. Welcome to Woke BMS!!
BMS drug access group is the most incompetent, deliberately hidden, unaccountable division in Pharma. They have personally failed us in every slow or failed new product launch over the last decade. What do you expect when there is no strategy, no plan, no knowledge, no structure, no work ethic, a "don't ask, don't tell culture", no relationships, and no leadership?

Makes sense. Word has gotten around about the shite show BMS access is. Mike might be the solution. But he ain’t reporting into chumpy Lurch.
Exactly right. Maybe Boner make a Chief Access Officer to bypass that. One could hope. Pray maybe. The problem with access is Lurch and his poor decisions. Buck stops with him.

Making Mike the Chief Access Officer would be ideal. Makes complete sense since he can then deliver for Cell Therapy & Radioligand Therapy as well. He can help keep Lurch’s ego in check. And be VERY effective. Hoping
Chris moves in this direction. Access under Lurch and now Powers has been despicable. Fingers crossed.

Mike Ryan here. I don’t want the job. I have a GOOD consulting gig. Heck, even BMS is paying me a lot of money for it. Yes, Lurch is crazy & has always been. But my time here is done. Give Annette a chance…. Bahahahaha
Love
Mike Ryan

Probably not far off from what Mike would say. Except Mike doesn’t, nor has he for years, done it for the money. Guy is loaded and does it for the love of the business.

Not too far off except for the fact that Mike has more money than he knows what to do with and does it for the love of the game, not the money. Other than that probably right on

He is making more $$ now than whilst at BMS. Consulting is bloody lucrative. He keeps placing his folks all round the industry and then brings them on as paying clients. GENIUS! Whoever said he is running the "underground railroad" for those wanting out of BMS is spot on.

Yet another vp resignation—not market access, but vp purpose/Korab. Top talent continue to exit.
