How on earth did she become the SVP of Access? Working for her is a nightmare. She barely understands access, clueless on HEOR, and completely ignorant on pricing? Everytime she speaks, leaders from other functions snicker. Bad enough we have Mancil. This reorg has made Access look like a cheap suit at best.
 










She has the communication skills of an imp. No expertise whatsoever. Lines are full of fill words. Geez. Get a coach woman. And stop $hit talking your boss so openly.
 




Oh Wow. She heads up access at BMS? LMAO. She was an afterthought at Celgene. No one really liked her. She had no substance. And always smack talked her direct report & her management. I’m still laughing at the fact that she heads up access. OMFG….BMS is screwed.

That whole team is DEI.The access fruit took out all the other leaders and replaced them with friends that check the right boxes with leadership. Welcome to Woke BMS!!
 




She is a Lurch fan girl. The only reason why she has been promoted. As with everything, most women he promoted have been useless. And he got rid of the real talents in commercial like Catherine Owen the minute they threatened to expose his bs. She sucks up to him in a major way. Both are airheads. Soon he will fire Mancil (who is useless anyway) and put her in charge. What a tragedy for access.
 




How on earth they put pricing under her is a conundrum. She barely understands the nuances of pricing. It’s like teaching a toddler to count. If you are going to make a DEI appointment, at least get a competent person. The entire pricing function is miserable under her.

The folks she got rid off during the reorganisation were by far the best ones, but as leaders and SMEs. The amount of times she’s been screaming and shittalking her teams is countless. Have never seen anything like this in my very adult life.

Lets face it. Market access here is ruled by a DEI trio: the access fruit and two his henchwomen Powers and Richardson. They got rid of everyone that could threaten their grip on power. These three are diabolical maniacs who only get ahead by checking the right box for DEI. Kiss their butts now or be gone with the next layoff in December. Sad!

All I know is that Celgene personnel promoted themselves and their colleagues. If you are Celgene, promotion is in store for you. Celgene people got promoted multiple times. BMS just sat on BMS promotions and put their people on the layoff list. What losers! Can’t believe such leaders exist that allowed Celgene to do whatever they wanted.

That is her modus operandi. She is an empty vessel & hence emits the most noise. Sells herself to Sr leadership & indeed “shittalks” her team. Disgusting person.

Unfortunately she has neither the qualifications nor the experience to run such specialized teams. The way she talks down to people is disturbing & disrespectful. Borderline unethical. HR needs to get involved & investigate her. What more troubling is the manner in which she completely undermines Mancil. Numerous matrix functions watch this and laugh at VAP or MAX or whatever they are called these days.

We need VPs with great job experience and knowledge, and not just BMS knowledge, but INDUSTRY knowledge. This forces the VP to lean and hide behind our vendors who haven't updated their thinking in 25 years. It is because of the incompetence of these VPs and above that we are in the mess we are in.
