Sigouin implemented a top down model. She decides who gets what. It's not based on territories potential but rather she likes you or not. She express her leadership using her favorite card: favoritism.
 






And she played another game. whatever budget she gets from Sweden, she jacks it up. She made her bonus but not most managers and reps. This is Sigouin playing games by hurting others.

Loyal people tell management what management needs to hear, not necessarily what it wants to hear. Sigouin punish honesty and she surrounded herself with people who tell her lies.
 






Sigouin came upon three men who were laboring:
She asked the first man what he was doing and the man said he was laying bricks and would be glad at the end of the day.
She asked the second man the same question and he said he was putting up a wall and was tired and eager for the work day to end.
She got to the third man and she asked him the same question, but this man looked up smiling, and said:
"I'm building a cathedral."
Upset she asked: How many bricks did you lay today?
