Anne Sigouin (GM ArjoHuntleigh) willingness to hurt the business

As per Arjo code of conduct employees are recruited and promoted solely on the basis of their qualifications for the job, Sigouin didn't comply to the code.

It has nothing to do with qualifications. She will surround herself with employees making her feel good not about right. She is insecure so she actively discourages employees from speaking up as a way to defend her ego. She ends up with staff always agreeing with her, a false consensus leading to bad business decisions.

Sigouin came upon three men who were laboring:
She asked the first man what he was doing and the man said he was laying bricks and would be glad at the end of the day.
She asked the second man the same question and he said he was putting up a wall and was tired and eager for the work day to end.
She got to the third man and she asked him the same question, but this man looked up smiling, and said:
"I'm building a cathedral."
Upset she asked: How many bricks did you lay today?

Harsh yet factual.

I kept trying to convince myself that Anne was a leader I can rely on. I finally realized I needed to comfort myself into a scenario I felt good. I was afraid being canned like so many of my colleagues. I can't be a good rep looking over my shoulder all the time. Overachievers need to be coached by someone totally the opposite of Sigouin.

I feel you. Is this truly Arjo vision?

Sigouin led a h.r.policy stating a rep must be put on probation if he doesn't hit targets 2 years in a row. He should be fired if situation is not resolved by Q1 of subsequent year. Do Arjo has lower requirements for their managers?

About the code of conduct Mr. Lindoff state:
Arjo strives to be an attractive employer by creating a working environment based on
collaboration, ownership and openness...
Openness? All reps, no exception know they can't speak their mind. If you want to survive you need to simply shut up, keep your head down and bow.

Below a cut and paste of recent settlement, anyone knows which employee(s) sued Arjo?

(Superior court of California class action settlement Efrain Perez (“Plaintiff”) and defendant Arjo Inc., case number 2:2022cv00957)

... Plaintiff commenced this Action by filing a Complaint alleging causes of action against Arjo for:

What were you thinking Anne? Exploiting workers, really?
