Under Lonnel, Michael was allowed to make a dribbly mess everywhere. The guy is totally clueless about any sense of integrity and respect.

Naito and Japan so far have been unable to discern between confidence and competence. Display of confidence is not a sign of competence. OB’s manifestation of hubris should not be mistaken for leadership. After all, OB has gutted this place to the point of no recognition.

Shame on Naito and Japan if they allow OB to sell himself as an agent of change! OB has been part of the old regime for years and the current failure is the result of his policies. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on!

The Eisia's Japanese leadership team is living in an alternate universe. They are missing the stories of OB's incompetence right under their noses. Hey Japan, wake up and hear the feedback. OB is not respected here.

Michael Obrien is not a bad person. He is just not qualified to be our VP of Sales. He has been here for years and we have followed his game plan. The plan is not working for a multitude of reasons. It starts with him. Michael needs to leave.

Great leadership does not mean running away from reality. Michael Obrien ran away from reality for years as the VP of Sales and this is the main reason we have such a sad state of affairs in sales.
