Leadership is very much based on micromanagement. Calls per day. First call last call. Reach and Frequency. It’s all about checking boxes. If you do not make goal for 2 quarters in a row you will be looked at. 3 quarters in a row means you will be put on an Action Plan. After that you’ll be done. Making Goal is not easy to do. There is no rhyme or reason to it. They *say* it’s based on previous quarters plus a growth number. That growth number is very fluid and subject to playing favorites which they do. i dont think more than a third of the Nuero team makes goal every quarter. On the endo side that number is greater but the drug is about to crash.
Your managers are in fear for their jobs thus rule by fear. Even the good ones are being squeezed. Finally, there is no future here. There is nothing sustainable in the pipeline. Our recent launch in Neuro will do well for those who have active MDS’. But once Rytary goes generic and the sub q’s come out it’s going to be a nearly impossible drug to sell.
I know this is not a rosy picture but it’s an honest one. As a new hire you will get *some* grace but not for long.
The above post is accurate. Stay away. Upper leadership on both sales teams is corrupt. The NSMs won’t speak to you if you are not a favorite of theirs. It is high school cliches all over again. Keep looking - do not pass go!

Run! There are way better places to work then here. Unless you have zero experience I would move on. Most of us are looking to leave but it takes time as the industry has had a few layoffs. Leadership is terrible and don’t care unless you are a HK favorite. Since JR favorite is HK she isn’t going anywhere or will be held accountable- which means everything is your fault if you don’t meet a very high unreasonable goal. Good luck on what you decide.

Working at Amneal is no career advancement no matter what level you're at. In fact, I'd be embarrassed to put that on my resume.

The above poster is spot on. She would sell out her own mother to get ahead. We are all betting that OG is going to oust FA for his job. She has bent over to kiss his ass and gain his support. Now she has FA by the balls. I don’t know who deserves it more. FA getting kicked to the curb or OD promoted to a job she does not have the aptitude to run.

OMG. Did you see who they promoted to RBM? When I was at COE I was told that I didn’t have enough experience to be considered if there were any openings. Now, not only do they hire a person with less industry and company experience than I have but he’s never even won a COE. Not only that but he’s a complete moron. I’ve been in meetings with him and he’s absolutely clue. He must be what FA and HK are looking for. Young. Stupid and willing to throw anyone and everyone under the bus. He’s done it to several Endo folks so I’m sure he will do it to his team. I wish them good luck!

Never won COE, never on any special project and everyone who has worked with him realizes he is an idiot. AC had to have pushed him for the award. FA probably wanted someone dumber than he is to get the job. And HK will have another horse in her stable. It’s truly insulting to those of us who are much more accomplished.

Dude is a complete tard. How he can be considered competent for a rep let alone an RBM is beyond me. He certainly doesn’t meet the published requirements for the position. But as we’ve seen the last year or so Upper Management does what it wants whether it’s legal ethical or moral. I just feel sorry for those folks that have to work for him. He will be an absolute train wreck
 






Hopefully now you all understand the Real World. Based on the lack of posters recently it’s safe to assume all of those who have been complaining the last several pages are gone. Good for them. But we are still here. We are having a successful Crexont launch and things are moving forward. Without a doubt HK and JR did things questionable if not illegal the last 12 months. But you know what? I doesn’t matter. No one is going to hold them accountable and they know that. They know that they can do anything they want because there will be no consequences. They can run roughshod over any and everyone and there is nothing anyone can do about it. They learned what we all need to….neither HR or The Law will protect you. So suck it up or leave.

Lord at best this is an average pharmaceutical company to work for. So many better opportunities out there and ppl with real talent have found them. Good luck!
