Speciality will be sold off at the end of the year or Amplity will take over selling responsibilities. Never heard of a company that is on the grow to have a contract company come in and sell their products. ONG is only a 1 year deal right now. Plus any sell off will void the contract. Marketing will bail after IPX launch. Nobody wants to be part of a failed product if it launches at all. There is no patient type that will pay for IPX over generic Rytary. Too much toxicity at corporate. All of them don’t care about the sales force. Most people are looking, but they’re making sure their next move is a positive one. It’s all a house of cards.
 












No way! I’m guessing people are leaving on their own free will? Haven’t heard of anyone leaving or being terminated but I live in a bubble. I hate to see anyone lose their job and without severance: cruel.

Endo reps have been walking around like their crap don’t stink. They’ve been held up as the gold standard of this company. Looks like they now see how it’s really like here. Any Endo rep who has been here over 2 years is crazy. Learn the job. Get your experience and get out. Not that this company has 2 years left. To be honest most of the ones I’ve dealt with will be in for a rude awakening in their new company. They just sell on price. Thats it. What will they do in a situation where they don’t have the best price? I’m happy when they find better opportunities and hope that continues

Endo rep. here. We were treated as second class citizens until Joe and Helen came here. They held us up to PD team to try and light a fire under you guys. We are second class citizens if you look at what is important which is $$$. So get off your high horse and show some sympathy. We are all in this crap shoot or crap shit together.

I know SH didn’t care much for Endo or even the Biosimilars team. Which is one of the reasons he’s gone. Endo as a division has been an afterthought and kinda still is. You have nothing new in the pipeline while PD has the next big thing. JR HK and KCS can relate to Endo because it’s essentially a primary care role. Nothing wrong with that. But to try to compare the 2 sales forces is an effort in futility. To have similar KPI expectations is foolish. The fact those 3 want PD to look like Endo tells you all you need to know about the competency of those 3. Biosimilars is the only one escaping this clown show at the moment. We have 0 interactions with them and they appear to be killing it.

PD will have nothing to sell when Rytary goes generic. Amneal can sell Unithroid as long as they have a contract. Both brand and generic is the same drug - just different bottle. SH did not get dismissed due to biosimilars or Endo. He took the fall for Rytary’s lackluster sales numbers. So did Guy and Shari. The company played the blame game. They lost.

It’s not that SH didn’t care about Endo, it’s that Endo doesn’t make a lot of money. It’s not a real first in class product. You all are selling an authorized generic. SH focused on the future and that was at the time Rytary and IPX. Unfortunately things shifted and now that group has no future. Which will trickle down and Endo will not be able to sustain itself. Now we have a group that doesn’t care about the entire Sales Force. HK philosophy is how can we squeeze everything we can out of people then let them go. Very sad. Zero loyalty. Not sure if she can even pronounce Rytary. It’s a circus hoping to move on to better things soon.
 












Helen had difficulty pronouncing Unithroid. She would say Unee Thyroid. At this point, I do not care if either sales team makes it or not. Helen has turned the reps. against her and against each sales force as evident by some of these posts. Everyone in Field sales is job hunting and not focused on sales. Endo celebrated a huge milestone then came back from NSM and rolled out plans. Trust them? Heck no! Feel loyalty? Heck no! Leaving home at 6:00 am or coming in after 5:00? Heck no! Fool me once - shame on you. Fool me twice - shame on me!

There is no future here. The company is quickly running out of money. They are 2.5 BILLION in debt. HK, JR, KC, and FA will have a hell of a hard time finding a job that will replace their salaries. Me, not so much since we are paid less than the industry average.
