Question for the rep who's been here 25+ years. You know the one. 50-somthing. Been selling Asthma related meds the entire time. Calling on the same docs. How have you done it for so long? How can you take direction from younger FLL's / RSD's who are inept? Why do you stay? I've been her 12 years and can't take it! Sold Advair, Breo, Anoro, Trelegy and Nucala. It's groundhogs day everyday! I salute you for your loyalty but I just can't understand why you chose to remain? I just received a call from a recruiter. Have a phone screen later next week. Can those 50-somethings please enlighten me as to why you stay? Is there something I'm missing? Honest answers please.

It’s very simple. Hit 75 points and get retirement healthcare benefits, then look for situation to get severance and leave. Retire. Future employment after that being an option, not a necessity. Living within one’s means provides that type of freedom and flexibility. Any other questions?

It is not necessary to get this retirement healthcare benefit. There is Affordable Care Act healthcare available now and soon there will be Medicare for all. No worries, it will be nice.

Court and Judy, been lying about my calls for years. Used to be respiratory now vaccines rep. The lying is no different in either division. Little to nothing to do even before Covid even worse now. I work about 8-10 hours a week.

I haven’t seen a single healthcare provider in weeks. My daily call average is 5 1/2 calls per day ha ha!!! Gotta love the lies. You cannot have integrity and work for GSK.

I’ve tried to do it the honest way, only reporting what I really do, with an honest effort, and all I hear from management is how I am below average regarding call average. So fuck it, I can click the button like everyone else. Now I don’t care anymore. I work less now than before and they think I’m a model employee.

This is the idiocy of this industry. My company doesn't want to hear about the virus or the pandemic causing access issues anymore. They want us to just get it done. Ok, sure.....I will start putting in calls for all the dumbass corporate moneys that have worked in this industry for years and apparently still have no clue how this shit works. No one is forcing access!!! NO ONE! If you try that crap, you will be locked out of offices. These managers that spout this crap are too stupid for words.

the corporate people know....they all know. Especially your FLL. The whole system supports the lie. Simple logic, if there were no reps or they started dumping reps for reach and frequency, what the hell would an FLL even be needed for. I have always said that reps with tenure and skill do not need an FLL. That is a fact and if you are an FLL reading this youknow it is true.
