This is a total clown company. I interviewed w/ this company back in 2009. The female manager from the west coast was as dunce as they come. She was only interested in what sport her team was going to bond with....she was so disrespectful during the interview. She could only giggle. She could have cared less of meeting her sales goals. Then the CEO at the time looked like a total goof ball with glasses and buck teeth. It was like these people worshipped this buck tooth donkey. And the name of this company? AIT labs? Ridiculous! Failure from the 10th degree. Stupid ignorant people.

This company is broke. They have been having to get extensions from the bank to make payroll this year. They laid off people the beginning of te year and have a plan to lay off another grouping throughout the year. It's doomed.
 












Different source and confirmed from your accounting department. You should really monitor what your people talk about a little better. I assume the next thing youll tell me is that you all have never been investigated by the IG office and that you've never committed Medicare fraud. your own CEO can't stand the immorality that exists within your walls. Don't worry, complaint filed and investigation has begun.
 






The management team at AIT literally and figuratively SCREWS its employees!!!! From the owner and executive team scooting all the way down to middle management and glorified secretaries!
 






Right on. It's the most two faced organization out there. They promote those that rat out others and those that they know they can control, KH / LC. And this concept on you have 4 months to make quota or you are fired, none of the 3 idiot sales directors could do it. Cell Phone kiosk experience doesn't amount to shit and Lesli failed as a sales rep and as a manager. It only makes sense that she was promoted. Plus, she's a pathological lair. She's afraid to speak the truth as she knows what she'll sound like in the process. And the unethical bullshit that goes on. They act all high and mighty when in reality it's a house of cards with several glory holes.
 


















Your asking the wrong question to the wrong person. Direct it towards your former COO, who managed to fuck you all and then left with everything, including a six month severance. And the craziest aspect is that you then force out the one good man in your organization.
 


















Hahaha well that says a lot about YOU then doesn't it - why would such a bitter, petty, lie filled and obviously bored individual stay in a job they are obviously not happy in.... Oh wait..... Are you one of the weak ones we accidentally hired that knows all too well they won't get another job anywhere else???????????
 


















AIT Laboratories used to be at the top of thier game until new companies came in and now they are just a small fish floating on top of the water gasping for Air in an Ocean of what could be a very successful industry if the Company was ran by people who knew what they were doing. Ron Thieme is a very intelligent man but, if the President of the company has jumped ship along with Eric Orme and Bart Peterson who left without any prior notification, that should have been the employee's 1st clue that this company is obviously heading down. The people who are running the departments should have had an IQ test before being promoted, just because they may be a good brown noser does not make them intelligent or qualified. The promise of bonus' should be taken out of the benefits information along with Tuiton Reimbursement because those are 2 things of the past. Michael Evans' so called "Culture" for his company has been ruined by caddy and rude personnel who are treated differently because they "know someone who knows someone" that was already a useless employee or because they can kiss ass better then the next and that is how most people even received a position with the company. I don't think that quality or producivity is even the main focus anymore as long as u "pretend" to work and kiss ass you'll be great for this company!

I work at AIT (In Lab) and anytime we get someone who knows what the hell they are doing, their direct management becomes intimidated by their intelligence and influence and instead of embracing that - they work towards eliminating those folks. What's more amazing is that the "executive team" either turns a blind eye or the don't have the stones to kick the asses of middle management who is bringing the company down with their egocentric paranoid behavior! Over the last six months we have lost or gotten rid of employees that other companies would love to have and they are getting hired. Instead of "Management by Walking Around", we have "Management by Walking Around with their heads up their Assess!"
